Affirmations For Self Love

These are Affirmations for Self Love. All Affirmations used here were used by myself to assist in emerging from depression - they are created with love, to act as a daily reminder of what you are capable of, recondition your subconscious with higher philosophies of love, offer channelled energies to awaken your Soul and initiate a more multidimensional form of alignment.

Listen either consciously - at home or on the way to work - or unconsciously (whilst sleeping). With affirmations, as they begin to embed and we begin to believe them, our perspectives of life changes = our reality changes. What is so beautiful about affirmations is that they allow us to receive the affirmative support, love, wisdom that we deserve on a daily basis.

Affirmations for self-love In this sacred moment I recognize that I am free.

I am whole.

I am pure.

I am vibrant.

I am abundance.

I am infinite energy.

I am a being of love.

I am eternal.

I am infinitely powerful.

I am sacred and divine.

Everything I have ever said,

Done or thought is a beautiful expression of divine source.

Expressing through me,

Moving through me,

The unique me.

I recognize life is a game to play and I choose to play this game with joy and excitement.

I surrender my fears,

Insecurities and pains to the greater source.

I release belief systems that may limit me or others.

I recognize that fear is an illusion,

Only love is real.

In this divine moment I recognize all my insecurities and fears are beautiful.

They are a wonderful expression of who I am.

They have purpose and direction and are open to receive the guidance of what they may be.

I choose to fall in love with myself,

In this moment,

In all moments.

Where I am right now is divine.

I am exactly where I am supposed to be.

I totally trust that spirit is guiding me along my divine path.

I am always on my path.

I open myself to forgive all those I have ever encountered.

All family,

Friends,

Individuals,

Both in past,

Present and future.

I recognize I have created their part to play in my unfolding brilliance.

I surrender these stories to the divine.

I am expression in physical form.

I am willing to release my barriers.

I recognize I am totally free to express myself in any direction,

At any time.

I tap into the infinite source within me to radiate my natural confidence,

Within and to all.

I am a vessel of self-power.

With each passing moment,

I become more and more confident and expressing in who I am.

I love who I am.

I love myself.

The same energy that flows through planets,

Stars and galaxies,

Flows through my entire being.

I am connected to everything and everything is connected to me.

I am essential to the whole.

I am the whole.

I tap into the knowing that I can handle any situation.

Every experience is here for my growth,

My enjoyment,

My development.

I am greater than all my experiences.

I invite the eternal wisdom and love of self-acceptance into my life.

I choose to accept who I have been,

Who I am and who I constantly change to be.

I trust life.

I trust the process.

I trust all things are beautiful and meaningful.

I choose to see the beauty in all.

I know that I am worthy of love.

I know that I am so unique and special and love for every speciality that I radiate to the world.

I love who I am.

I am comfortable with who I am.

I recognize that being me is my path to happiness.

With each passing moment I express me and my uniqueness to the world.

I stand grounded in my truth.

I express my truth for all humanity.

I allow my truth to continuously evolve with the greater truth.

I love myself in every way,

With every part,

Every light and every dark.

In this moment I choose to fall in love with all my mannerisms,

Actions,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Expressions,

Appearance,

My entire being.

I choose to fall in love with myself unconditionally,

For it is me,

For it is me.

I love and honor all those in my life,

All sacred expressions and reflections of myself,

Of the divine.

With each passing moment I attract,

Magnetize and draw in the soul family.

Ancient explorers who reflect my true nature of joy,

Happiness,

Alignment,

Connection,

Humor,

Playfulness,

Expression and exploration.

I love my body as a divine vehicle and consort for my spirit.

I honor the sacred temple which I reside in.

I tune into the universal abundance of all life.

I surrender fears of scarcity and embrace the infinite abundance that I deserve.

I know I am already supported.

I take this knowingness and open up to greater support.

I consciously harness the infinite power and intelligence within me to outwardly reflect my inner abundance of wealth.

I consciously harness the divine power within me to liaise with the elements of this plane,

To create,

Attract,

Reflect and manifest my reality to reflect a life of joy,

Ease,

Passion and effortlessness.

I let go of tensions with others and transmute all relationships to love.

I work simultaneously with my divine higher purpose and the divine higher purpose of all beings in existence.

I thank Gaia from deep within my heart for providing me with everything I have ever wanted or needed,

Both materially and spiritually.

I am supremely loved,

Guided and supported by countless loving beings on the other side as well as on this side.

I trust everything I am being shown.

I am eternally grateful for their eternal love.

I flow with a river of love.

I trust everything that comes my way.

I cultivate my faith and open up to universal direction and guidance,

To the magic,

To the synchronicity of life,

To the mystery of existence.

I thank the universe and spirit for all that I have ever received,
