Explore MeditationKristina is a 500 hour registered yoga instructor and meditation guide. She teaches at various studios in addition to teaching independently. Her passions lie within the realm of environmentalism, animal advocacy, cooking, and bringing a sense of calm to the lives of her peers. She lives her life by ahimsa - doing no harm to others. Kristina's journey of yoga and meditation began whilst studying business in college - amidst chaos, she fell in love with this practice. As a result, she became an energy exchanger at her local studio until later deciding to become an instructor. She took a semester off from college to pursue becoming a yoga instructor. Her goal was, and remains to offer that same safe space that changed her life, to others. Namaste.
