Good evening beautiful soul.

Welcome to this space of comfort,

Tranquility.

This space that'll send you into a deep slumber.

Lie on your back in whatever position is comfortable for you.

Close your eyes.

Give your body full permission to surrender.

To let go.

Let go of any expectation,

Any thoughts that are residing in your mind,

Any tension that might be residing within your body.

Full surrender.

Your only task is to draw your awareness wherever I mention.

Relax your toes.

Relax your feet.

Your heels feel as though they're melting into the earth.

Like lava oozing into the space that surrounds you.

You'll be coming one with the earth.

Relax your legs from your ankles all the way up to your hips.

Your hips feel as though they're sinking through quicksand.

Pelvis falls heavy.

You're slowly becoming one with the surface that supports you.

Relax your belly.

Relax your ribs and everything that they protect.

Relax your chest and soften your heart.

Your shoulders stay firmly rooted,

Grounded into the surface that supports you.

Just as though your veins are roots.

They're spreading out into the space beneath.

Relax your arms from your shoulders all the way to your wrists.

Relax your hands and your pinky fingers.

Ring fingers.

Middle fingers.

Pointer fingers and thumbs.

Feel a sense of calm overcome your entire body.

Sense of sinking deeper and deeper into slumber.

Relax your neck.

Rinse your jaw.

Soften your mouth.

Relax your cheeks.

Your eyeballs fall so heavy into their sockets.

Relax your eyebrows.

Relax your forehead.

And relax your mind.

Let your mind slip away.

Your body permission to let go.
