You might be noticing lately that something in your life no longer fits the way it used to.
It's not because anything necessarily is wrong but because something within you has changed and suddenly the spaces you once moved through so easily start to feel unfamiliar,
Tight,
A little too small.
You might notice it in your routines,
In your conversations,
In the way you spend your time.
Things that once felt normal now feel slightly out of alignment and it can be confusing because nothing on the outside has dramatically shifted but on the inside everything is different.
This is what it feels like to outgrow a version of your life and it doesn't always feel expansive or exciting.
Sometimes it just feels disorienting like you're standing between two versions of yourself.
The one you've known and the one you're becoming.
But you can't fully access either.
This space in between is often called the void and the mind doesn't like the void.
It wants direction,
Clarity,
A plan.
It wants to know where you're going before it's willing to let go of where you've been.
But this phase doesn't work like that.
You don't get the full picture before the release.
You feel the shift before you understand it.
And so you might find yourself questioning things.
Why does this feel off?
Why can't I just go back to how things were?
Why do I feel so disconnected?
But what you're experiencing isn't a loss.
It's a transition.
You are not lost.
You're just no longer available for what used to feel like home.
There can be grief here.
Even if what you're outgrowing wasn't perfect.
Even if it needed to change.
There is still a part of you that remembers who you were in that space.
And letting go of that version of yourself can feel tender.
So if you're feeling emotional lately or unsure or a little untethered,
It makes sense.
You're in the process of becoming.
And becoming is not a linear experience.
It doesn't move in straight lines.
It moves in waves.
Moments of clarity followed by moments of doubt.
Expansion followed by contraction.
And somewhere in the middle of all of it is you.
Learning to trust something deeper than what you can see.
This is the part where you're invited to slow down.
Not to figure everything out,
But to be with what's here.
To notice what no longer feels aligned.
Without rushing to replace it.
To honor the discomfort without trying to fix it.
Because clarity doesn't come from forcing the next step.
It comes from allowing the old one to fully fall away.
You don't need to know exactly where you're going yet.
You just need to recognize that you're no longer where you were.
And that alone is movement.
So if things feel quiet right now,
Or uncertain,
Or like you're in between versions of your life,
See if you can soften into that.
Not everything that feels unclear is wrong.
Some things are simply unfolding.
And even here,
Especially here,
You are still becoming.
Take a moment to notice your breath.
Notice where you are.
There's nothing that you need to solve right now,
And nowhere you need to rush to.
Just this moment.
Just this version of you.
As you are.
And that is enough.
