
Into the Light Body

This meditation is to align us with our heart centre, and bring us back into alignment with All That Is. Release attachment to stories and emotions and allow yourself to be filled with the light of Love. As you do, beam compassion and kindness from within, to all those around you.

Hi everyone.
This meditation is to align us with our heart center and bring us back into alignment with all that is.
It's best not to be driving or operating heavy equipment while listening to this.
If this is the case,
Please pause this video and come back to it.
If you have the time and the space where you won't be disturbed,
Find a comfortable position sitting or lying down.
Whatever is most comfortable for you so that your body may relax,
Your muscles may relax.
When you're settled,
Begin to take some long,
Deep breaths,
Inhaling to a count of four and exhaling to a count of four at a pace that's comfortable for you and feels good in the body.
Breathing in relaxation and breathing out attachment to any part of your day so far.
There's nothing else you need to do right now but be here and allow your body this time to relax and recoup and recharge.
Allow your breathing to normalize now.
We'll focus at the crown of the head.
Feel any sensations at the top of your head as you focus your energy there.
You might feel tingling.
You might feel a spaciousness.
You might feel some tension.
Just notice it.
Keep your energy focused on your crown center for a couple more breaths.
Move your energy down to the space between your eyebrows.
This is the center of your intuition.
Just focus your energy here and see if you feel any sensation in the physical body when you focus your energy in this point.
Breathe.
Bring your focus and your awareness into your throat.
Focus the front and the back of your neck and feel any sensations in the physical body around your neck and your throat.
It's safe to express ourselves.
Keep your energy focused around your neck for another cycle of breath.
Move your focus and your awareness down into your heart center.
Your heart chakra encompasses your chest,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
And your hands.
When you give someone a hug,
You're extending your heart energy to them.
This is a very powerful chakra,
Very powerful energy center.
We're going to spend a bit of time here.
Just explore.
Explore your chest.
Explore the back between the shoulder blades.
And inhale into any tension you might feel.
Breathe light into those muscles and exhale it out.
Keep your awareness in your chest for one more cycle of breath.
And then we'll move down to the solar plexus.
The area right below the ribs where your diaphragm lives.
It's our power center.
Keep your focus and awareness here.
And notice if your mind tries to wander away.
Wander away from this place of power.
Keep your focus here.
Feel into the back,
The mid-back.
Keep your focus on your solar plexus and your mid-back for one more cycle of breath.
And then we'll move down to the sacral chakra right beneath the belly button.
Just above the tailbone.
Feel any sensations in the physical body around this space.
This can be where we hold a good amount of tension.
So allow this area to relax.
Allow your breath to rejuvenate the muscles around this area and around your hips.
If you feel any emotion,
It's normal.
Feel it and release.
Thank your body for showing you this.
Thank your body for always showing up.
No matter what's going on in the mind,
In the life,
Your body is here,
Always your constant ally.
When you feel complete in the sacral chakra,
Move your focus and your awareness to the root.
It's the very base of the tailbone,
The perineum.
If you're sitting,
You're sitting right on your root chakra.
Your root chakra is your anchor,
Your security,
Your groundedness.
Allow your focus to move around the base of your body and through your legs,
Through your feet,
Through your knees,
Through all of these essential joints and ligaments and tendons that move and allow us to move through this life.
It's truly an amazing gift.
We can move this body with our mind,
With our thoughts.
Keep your focus around your root,
Around your legs,
And around the back of the body as well.
You are whole.
You are whole.
Expand your awareness now to encompass all areas of your body that we just went through and about a foot beyond the limits of your skin.
This might be a new sensation.
Just feel.
Feel the air around your body and feel the charge in the air.
Feel the energy around you.
You are supported.
Feel the support of the bed or the chair.
Whatever is propping you up,
Holding you up,
Supporting you now.
These objects are an extension of Gaia,
Of the earth,
An extension of her energy here to hold and support us.
Allow yourself to be held.
If your mind starts to wander or your body starts to tense,
Bring your focus back inside and allow your body to relax.
Breathe into any space that might feel tense and allow your muscles to soften.
This is your time.
Relax.
Let go.
You're safe.
And you are loved.
And any time life feels a little bit crazy,
You can come back to this space.
This is your space,
Your time,
Your body,
Your haven.
Now,
If you're feeling any tension in the body,
Focus on the area and expand that energy.
Breathe into it,
Expand it like a balloon,
Expand it beyond the confines of your body.
Breathe into it.
Breathe into it,
Expand it.
Move the energy.
If your mind brings up any stories attached with the tension,
Breathe into the stories,
Expand them.
The more you breathe into these stories,
The more you stretch them out,
The less dense they become and the more easy it is to let them go.
Feeling a pinch,
Breathe into it,
Expand it.
It's safe to do so.
It's healthy to do so.
It's healthy to allow your body to release the tension so that it may heal itself and do its job.
Take a deep cleansing breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Slowly push your diaphragm up at the bottom of that exhale and push that stale air out.
Anything that's been bothering you lately,
Breathe life into it,
Breathe light into it,
Expand it,
Stretch it,
Pull it out of your body and out into the atmosphere around you.
Feel all the tension and the stories outside of your body this time.
Know that these stories and this tension and this tightness is not you.
And now we're going to step beyond the stories and the tension and the things that are holding you back.
Focus your awareness above the crown of the head to the edge of your expanded stories and energy and imagine there's a zipper that's all the way down,
Comes from the crown of the head,
Down in front of the body,
Down to the feet,
Almost like you're in a big sleeping bag.
And reach up,
Grab that zipper above the crown of the head and unzip.
Grab all the way down in front of your face,
In front of your neck,
In front of your chest,
In front of your diaphragm,
In front of your hips,
In front of your legs,
Knees,
Feet.
And allow this cocoon to fall away.
This cocoon of limitations and stories and tension that doesn't serve is just falling away now.
Breathe.
Breathe this new energy into your skin,
Into your organs,
Into your lungs,
Into your joints,
Into your bones.
This energy of freedom.
And imagine in front of you or above you an eight foot wide ball of golden light.
It's powerful.
It's moving.
It's pulsing.
You can almost hear the energy of it.
It's so positive.
You can feel your own body magnetizing to this ball of light because it resonates.
It resonates with your body.
It resonates with your soul.
Resonates with you.
And when you feel ready,
Say the word yes in your mind and allow this ball of light to float down and slowly start to merge with you.
Feel the light moving in between your cells,
Massaging your muscles,
Relaxing your tendons,
Filling you with love from the head,
Softening the eyebrows,
Going down the neck,
Softening the throat,
Going into the chest,
Softening the shoulders,
Softening the shoulder blades,
Softening the elbows and the hands and the abdomen and the hips.
Filling you with light through your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
Ankles,
Down to your toes and beyond your toes.
This ball of light expands.
And your energy expands with it.
And beyond the confines of your skin,
An inch,
A foot,
Two feet,
Expanding three feet,
Expanding four feet,
Beyond your skin,
Beyond your physical body,
You are so much more than just a body.
Remember.
Just hang out here and feel,
Feel the expansiveness,
Feel the freedom,
Feel the light,
Feel the buzzing,
Feel the love that's all around you right now.
You are a cherished part of this universe,
Of this whole consciousness,
Of this whole creation.
You are an integral part of it.
You are connected to all of it,
All the time.
This expanded state,
This free state,
This is your natural state.
This is your light body.
This is you.
Take a nice deep cleansing breath in through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Remember to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Sit here for as long as you like.
I wish you well moving through your day in this frequency.

I absolutely love this meditation. It's officially one of my all time favorites and I've been doing guided meditations for years so that's saying a lot. It's calming, relaxing, healing and energizing. The soft background music is beautiful and the teachers voice and energy are so peaceful. Thank you so much for this beautiful meditation. I'm sure I will have it in heavy rotation for years to come.

One of the best guided meditations I've ever listened to- and I've tried hundreds on insight timer. Must listen! A very healing vibrational upgrade. This meditation doesn't have fluffy guided imagery- it has real, authentic, deeply connecting energetic movements.
