
Golden Egg Practice - Psychic Protection

This short guided visualization was created to assist you in expanding your energy, as well as protecting your energy as you move through your day. Anytime you start feeling overwhelmed, you can expand your golden egg to envelop you and keep you safe and calm. I hope this visualization serves you.

Thanks for joining me.
My name is Vanessa and my purpose here is to be an ally through the ups and downs of this journey we call life.
And today I wanted to take us through a golden egg meditation.
So find a comfortable position either sitting or lying down.
You can do this standing too.
It's up to you.
Totally up to you.
Wherever you are just make sure that you can be really comfortable and that you can close your eyes.
And when you're all settled and comfortable we'll take three really deep breaths together.
So inhale and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Just letting any stress go from your day.
Inhale again.
And relax.
Just relax and know that you have nowhere else to be right now but right here taking care of yourself.
We won't be long and you'll feel better for it.
So wherever you are connect to your feet and feel the soles of your feet and the energy pulsating in the soles of your feet.
And remember all the places that your feet have taken you recently.
The surfaces you've walked on.
If you were riding a bike,
If you were driving your car,
If you were sleeping lying down in the tub,
Where were your feet that whole time?
Our bodies are magnificent vehicles that take us through this life.
And this is a great way that we can protect ourselves from the and this is a great way that we can protect them.
Relax your feet.
Relax all the muscles in your toes.
Relax your ankles.
Let your calf muscles soften.
On your next inhale bring your breath into your knees,
Into the joints around all the bones.
And up your thighs,
Around your hips.
Just softening,
Allowing your body to let go and relax.
Letting your breath travel up into your abdomen and expand around your organs giving them room to breathe and infusing fresh oxygen into each organ.
Bring your breath up through your diaphragm,
Into your chest,
Around every rib,
Around your shoulder blades,
Up to the tops of your shoulders.
Let them melt away from the bones.
Let your breath travel down your arms,
Around and through your elbows,
Down your forearms.
Relax.
Relax your palms,
Relax your thumbs.
Give your fingers a break.
Bring your attention to your neck and relax all the muscles around the cylinder of your neck.
And let your breath travel up into your body.
Relax all the muscles around the cylinder of your neck.
Let them rest here.
Let your tongue loosen away from wherever it's holding to.
Allow your jaw to sink.
Allow your eyes to relax further into their sockets and melt the muscles of your forehead.
It feels good to relax.
It feels good to let your body have a rest.
Now bring your attention to the top of your head.
You might feel some tingling or pulsing or heat there.
You might feel some heat coming from your head.
You might feel some heat coming from your head.
You might feel some tingling or pulsing or heat there.
Just observe it.
And allow this white light energy to enter through the top of your head.
And surround the inside of your skull.
It feels warm and comforting.
And allow this energy to come down into your chest and start to move around your heart.
It's the light playful energy that loves to work with you.
It loves to work with you.
Just say hi,
Invite it in,
And know that it's here to help.
And as you focus on your chest,
See that ball of energy start to expand.
And it might start to take on a color.
Just see what happens.
It's just mingling with your own energy to create an energetic shield for you.
An energetic shield that you can take with you throughout your day.
That will help you stay centered and grounded.
And allow you to live more authentically.
So watch this ball of energy expand to the corners of your rib cage and beyond.
Watch it move through your skin as it expands slowly but surely.
It feels so nice.
Allow this energy to start to radiate from your heart.
Allow it to move beyond the borders of your body.
And expand past your skin until your entire being is surrounded in white gold light.
And while you're relaxed here,
Just feel what it feels like to be surrounded in golden light.
Feel what it feels like to be relaxed and taken care of and protected.
This feeling,
This feeling is your birthright.
You are meant to move through life feeling safe and protected and loved.
And this egg,
This golden egg of beautiful healing energy will stay with you throughout your day.
Remember that any time you feel you need a little bit of assistance,
You can create this egg around yourself and filter out anything that doesn't serve you.
You can create this egg around yourself and filter out anything that doesn't serve you.
And you can fortify the shell of this egg like a mirror ball so that only love can enter.
Only love can enter your egg.
And the love that enters this egg is reflected off the inside of the shell back to you.
You are love.
You experience love and you bring love into the world.
Shine bright.
Spread the love.
Remember that you are loved and that any time you need help,
All you have to do is ask.
Ask and it is given.
If you want to throw any other colors into your egg,
Any of your favorites,
You can totally do that.
Remember this feeling.
And know that it is going to be okay.
You are going to figure it out.
Figure it out and it is going to be awesome.
And you can come back into your egg any time you want.
Any time you want.
You created this egg by allowing the energy to flow through you.
You created this egg.
You created this loving environment for your being.
You can come back here at any time.
And you can come back here.
As you walk through your day today or go to sleep tonight,
Know that you are never alone.
Know that someone always has your back.
And know that you are powerful.
You are creative.
And you are love.
You can stay in this meditation as long as you like.
If you are ready to come out,
Ever so slightly start to wiggle your fingertips.
Wiggle your toes.
Slowly bring life back into your limbs.
And when you are ready,
Gently blink your eyes open.
Allow yourself a little bit of silence after this to let it sink in.
