The fastest way to raise our frequency is to get into the energy of gratitude,
To sink into a thankful place and immerse ourselves in gratitude,
In thankfulness,
In that feeling of abundance until it starts to work on and change our field,
Our frequency,
And our energy.
So that is the focus of today's meditation,
Is gratitude and allowing gratitude to move through our entire being,
Through our body,
Through our aura,
And out into our collective energetic field.
So the practice today will be a simple one,
But a powerful one.
What we want to do is I'm going to lead you in through a little bit of a grounding practice and then get into gratitude.
And it's easy.
Anyone can do this.
It doesn't matter if you've meditated before or not.
This is just a simple visualization and then focusing on the things that we're grateful for while we're in a meditative state.
So if you're driving,
I would suggest coming back to this later,
But if you are in a place where you can drop in,
Let's drop in.
Find yourself a comfortable seat or a place to lie down,
Wherever you can be comfortable and your spine can be straight.
And once you're settled,
I invite you to close your eyes,
Allow your shoulders to relax away from your ears.
You can face your palms up or down in your lap or beside you,
Whatever feels most comfortable to you today.
And we'll take a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth,
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
One more in through the nose and out through the mouth and allowing your breath to come back to normal.
Just allow your body to sink into the surface that's holding it,
Allowing your hips to get heavy and to soften,
Allowing your belly to relax,
Allowing your shoulders to soften and fall away from your ears,
Allowing your hands to relax finger by finger,
Releasing any tension.
Relax your jaw,
Allow your tongue to sink away from the roof of your mouth and your jaw to soften,
Feel gravity pulling your eyelids down closed and smoothing out the skin of your forehead.
Allow yourself to completely relax here and start to notice a little ball of energy at the base of your spine,
About the size of a golf ball made of white and gold light spinning.
And watch as roots grow out of this ball of light,
Out of the base of your spine and down into the surface that's holding you,
Down through the floorboards,
Down through the foundation of your place,
Down into the soft,
Dark earth,
Moving through the minerals and rocks and underground aquifers,
Just getting reacquainted with the earth.
And as these energetic roots move through the earth,
You feel more and more relaxed.
The roots deepen and you relax more,
Moving your roots down to the core of the earth.
Relax,
Connecting your roots with the core of the earth,
Wrapping around,
Feeling safe and secure.
Relax,
Allow yourself to feel supported by the earth,
Feeling gratitude to the earth for allowing us to have this beautiful life,
Gratitude for your body,
For being your vessel,
Walking you through this life,
Showing up for you every day,
Unconditionally.
Thank you.
Now you can keep your roots attached to the earth here,
Or pull them back up to yourself,
Whatever feels most aligned,
And we're just going to keep our focus on things that we are grateful for.
And it can be anything big or small,
Something like a cup of coffee or a paycheck or a bed.
So today's practice,
Every time you hear the words,
Thank you,
I want you to turn your focus to one thing that you're grateful for and focus all of your energy on it and feel the gratitude throughout your entire body and being for whatever it is you're focusing on.
And when you hear thank you again,
We'll move to another thing that you're grateful for and focus all of your energy on it and so on.
And if you want to stay focused on one thing for the entire time,
That's okay too.
And let's begin.

Feeling all the gratitude all the way through your entire body.
Feel how light and expansive gratitude makes you feel.
Take a deep breath in and when you exhale,
Slowly flicker your eyes open,
Keeping your energy expanded in this place of gratitude as you re-enter into your space.
Keep your body still and feel what it feels like to bring this frequency into your waking life and come back to this practice anytime you like.
The more we practice gratitude,
The more our individual realities will shift and the more our collective realities will shift as well.
