Please find yourself a comfortable seat where your spine can be straight.
I invite you to place one or both hands over your heart.
Begin to slow your breath.
Bring your awareness to the palm of your hand and the connection it's making with your chest.
And come back to the present moment.
Come back to where all of life is taking place.
Here.
Now.
Know that right here,
Right now,
There's nothing you need to be doing but being you.
Imagine your inhale brings in a golden healing light that relaxes your muscles,
Your tissues as it moves through your body.
And on your exhales release anything that does not serve you in this moment in time.
Feel your body relax as you settle in to this moment in contact and presence with your body and your soul.
Feel how happy your body is to have your attention.
Feel how yourbledgarand convenient when right now you're fine.
Now.
The sense that time has slowed and hangs in the air around you.
The universe conspires to allow you this moment of peace because you are so loved.
You'll spend a couple more cycles of breath in this moment in time and space.
And when you're ready,
Gently flicker your eyes open,
Remaining still.
And bringing this peaceful presence with you throughout the rest of your day.
