Welcome to this guided quiet time reflection.

In these moments,

We will focus on stillness,

Reflection,

And connecting with God's presence.

So find a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit or lie down.

As you settle in,

Gently close your eyes and allow yourself to be present in this moment.

Setting aside the distractions of the day.

Begin by focusing on your breath.

Inhaling deeply and slowly,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

And exhale,

Gently releasing any tension.

With each breath,

Imagine yourself drawing closer to God's presence.

Inviting his peace into your heart.

Feel the rhythm of your breath as a calming force grounding you in this moment.

Reflect on the blessings of the day.

Think of the moments,

No matter how small,

Where you felt God's grace.

It could be a smile,

A kind word,

A beautiful sight,

Or a moment of quiet.

Offer thanks for these blessings.

Feeling gratitude fill your heart.

Acknowledge that every good thing comes from God and let this sense of thankfulness deepen your connection with him.

And now bring to mind a scripture that resonates with you.

It could be a favorite verse or one that you've recently read.

If a specific verse doesn't come to mind,

Consider Psalm 4610.

Be still and know that I am God.

Reflect on the words,

Letting them sink into your heart.

What is God speaking to you through the scripture?

Allow his words to provide comfort,

Guidance,

Or insight.

In this quiet space,

Turn your thoughts inward.

Reflect on your relationship with God.

Are there areas in your life where you need his guidance,

Strength,

Or forgiveness?

Talk to God in the silence of your heart.

Sharing your thoughts,

Worries,

And hopes.

Remember he is always listening,

Ready to offer love and support.

Now in the stillness,

Listen for God's voice.

It may come as a feeling,

A thought,

A sense of peace,

Or an insight.

Be open to whatever form his response takes.

Trust that he is with you.

Speak into your heart in a way that is meant just for you.

As this quiet time reflection comes to a close,

Take a few more deep breaths.

Feel a sense of renewal and connection with God.

When you are ready,

Gently open your eyes,

Carrying with you the peace and insights you've gained in these moments.

Remember that God's presence is always with you,

Guiding you through each day.

This is lovely. The guidance was just what I was looking for, I only wish there had been a little more space after each, in order to settle in with the silence. I will definitely revisit this. Thank you
