Welcome to this.
Guided meditation.
Where we're going to come back home to ourselves.
I invite you to find a position that feels comfortable.
Something that's supportive for you either sitting or lying down.
Letting your hands rest somewhere easy.
And if it feels comfortable,
You can gently close your eyes or just soften your gaze.
And for the next few minutes,
There's nothing you need to fix.
Nothing to figure out or nothing to do for anyone else.
This time is simply just for you.
Just take a moment to notice the support beneath your body either feeling the chair,
Floor,
Bed,
Or mat beneath you.
Just notice that you are being held.
That you don't need to hold everything up right now.
And bring your awareness to your breath.
You do not need to change it.
Just noticing your body is breathing.
Notice that you are here.
In this moment.
In this body.
And silently say to yourself,
I am here.
Now gently bring your attention inward.
And notice how you're feeling right now.
Not how you think you should feel,
Just what is present.
Maybe there is tension.
Maybe tiredness,
You may feel emotions You might feel restlessness or.
.
.
Or maybe you're not quite sure.
Whatever is here is welcome.
I invite you to place one hand over your heart if you can,
Then place the other one other hand anywhere on your body.
Anywhere that feels comfortable right now.
And asking yourself.
What do I need right now?
You don't need to force an answer,
Just listen.
Maybe your body wants rest.
Space or support.
Maybe it wants movement,
A boundary or a connection.
Or simply a moment just to be self.
And think about where your energy has been going lately.
Responsibilities or other people's emotions.
Maybe worrying or planning,
Overthinking,
Maybe going into the past or the future.
Imagine your energy gently scattered into all of those places.
And now.
Begin calling it back.
Silently say to yourself.
.
.
I call my energy back to me.
I call myself back from the past.
I call myself back from the future.
I call myself back from worrying.
I call myself back from everyone else's expectations.
I call myself back from every place where I have been giving more than I have to give.
And imagine your energy returning to your body.
Back into your heart.
Your belly.
Your spine,
Your feet Feel yourself becoming a little more present.
A little more grounded.
A little more you.
And ask,
Is there anything I am carrying that may not belong to me?
Another person's emotions,
Their fear,
Their expectations,
Their disappointment.
You do not have to identify exactly what it is,
Just simply offer the intention.
Anything that is not mine to carry may gently leave my body now.
Letting the shoulders soften.
Relax your jaw.
Maybe allow yourself to just sigh.
Rian.
You can care deeply without carrying everything.
You can love someone.
Without losing yourself you can support someone and still stay connected to your own body.
And repeat to yourself,
I release what is not mine.
I return to what is mine.
I come back to myself.
Now imagine a soft healing light above your head.
And allow that light to gently move down through your body.
Through your head and your mind.
Softening the mental noise.
Through your jaw and your throat.
Creating space for your truth.
Through your shoulders.
Allowing some of the weight you've been carrying to soften.
To the heart.
Bringing warmth and compassion.
And allowing some of the love you give to everyone else to come back to you.
Let that healing energy move into your belly and hips.
Reminding your body.
You do not have to force anything.
That you can soften in your own time.
And then allow the energy to travel down through your legs.
Grounding you back into this moment.
Back into your body.
Back into yourself.
You I invite you to simply just rest and receive as I send Reiki energy healing to you.
There's nothing else to do right now.
Just take a few moments to receive the energy healing.
You And now as we begin to bring ourselves back into awareness,
Feeling that support underneath you.
Feel the feet,
Notice your hands,
Maybe wiggling your fingers.
Placing one hand over your heart.
And repeat after me quietly to yourself.
I am here.
I am in my body.
My energy belongs to me.
I release what I was never meant to carry.
I honor what I need.
I can care for others without abandoning myself.
I do not have to hold everything together to be safe.
I come back home to myself.
You may move away from yourself again.
We all do.
The practice is noticing and returning.
One breath.
Boundary.
One moment of listening.
One choice that honors you.
You can always come back.
And whenever you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
Take your time and carry this reminder with you.
Come back to your body.
Come back to your energy.
Come back home to yourself.
