Welcome to your morning grounding meditation.
We're going to just take a deep breath in and breathe out just getting settled into your space,
Noticing how the body feels.
You might feel rushed,
Like we need to get ready,
There's too much to do,
But I'd like to take a moment just to find yourself before the busyness of the day.
So taking some deep breaths in and out,
Feeling the support beneath you,
Whether you're sitting or lying down,
I invite you to place a hand on your heart and one on your belly as you take some deep breaths in and out,
Bringing the awareness from the top of your head.
Just noticing,
Observing,
We're not trying to change anything today,
But as we breathe down,
We're going to imagine a white light coming down with our breath,
Down through the head.
And this white light comes through,
As it comes through,
It's relaxing and clearing any negative energy,
Any old energy that does not belong,
Any stagnation.
This white light comes down with your breath through the head and the neck,
Down through the shoulders,
Into the arms and the chest,
Letting this white light come down through your belly,
Down into your legs,
And all the way down to the soles of your feet as you imagine your roots growing wide,
And with each breath,
Your roots grow deeper and deeper,
Going down to the core of the earth where you feel this deep connection,
Letting everything just wash down with this white light,
Clearing,
Resetting,
Energizing.
You feel the energy of the earth coming up your roots,
Coming into the body where you're feeling anchored and connected,
Having this embodied calm to start your day.
Just take some breaths as you breathe into setting your intention of what you'd like your day to be.
As you set that intention,
We'll also say some things we might be grateful for as well.
Pushing your feet into the floor or just kind of pushing the body into the surface of where you are,
Giving that feeling of stability and connection.
Thanking your guides and angels as they protect you and are with you throughout the day.
Taking some deep breaths in again,
And exhale,
Fully letting go.
Just noticing your body and anything that comes up.
No judgment again,
Just seeing what's there,
Acknowledging and giving a little love back to your body in this moment.
Coming back into the room as you open your eyes and you're ready now to take on the day.
It's going to be a beautiful day.
Enjoy.
