Feeling empowered.
And I want you to take a nice big deep breath in and bring yourself into this moment.
I want you to go ahead and float up above your timeline and go to 15 minutes after successful completion of the event about which you thought you were anxious.
Visualize yourself in completion of this event and in this completion of this event you're feeling this empowerment,
You're feeling confidence,
You're feeling so calm,
So at peace.
You're really feeling wow to yourself in this moment.
Hold that feeling in your heart center right now.
Bring that feeling forward closer to your heart.
Calm,
Peace,
Proud of yourself.
Feeling this emotion emit from your heart center.
Hold it close into the heart.
Holding it there as long as you need because you know that once you complete this task that might have been scary before and you complete it you're gonna feel this empowerment.
You're gonna feel so much pride,
Love.
You're gonna feel confident.
You're gonna feel calm and at peace.
Holding this emotion in your heart even longer.
