Valerie Lundgren is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Somatic Healing Practitioner, Energy Healer, and Nervous System Specialist with over a decade of experience supporting empaths and sensitive souls. After healing from 22 years of anxiety, Valerie now guides others to regulate their nervous systems, release survival patterns, and feel safe in their bodies again. Her approach blends science, somatics, and energy medicine to help clients move from overwhelm to deep inner calm. She’s passionate about helping empaths reclaim their sensitivity as a gift—not a burden.
