Val is a mental health counselor with a background in Trauma-Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, yoga therapy, and Tibetan Buddhism (Kagyu & Nyingma lineage). Val rejoices in supporting individuals in reclaiming their sense of wholeness and safety in the world. Through meditation, she supports individuals in connecting to their true compassionate and wise nature.
