A few years ago,
I didn't know where my life was going.
I didn't know what to do with my life.
I really found out the definition of a crisis because I was in it.
I was drowning inside my own pool.
I didn't know what to do,
Where to go.
I didn't even know how to meditate,
How to breathe.
I was literally lost.
And then I started saying,
Number one,
Happiness is a choice.
Can we decide whether or not we want to be happy?
Number two,
Life is about balance.
It's about balancing the eight aspects in your life.
Life is not only about your job or your career.
You also need to learn how to balance your finances,
Your health,
Spirituality,
Love,
Education,
And friends.
If you don't have a balance,
Then you're definitely going to hit rock bottom.
If you prioritize your job and finances and you don't balance your health,
Spirituality,
Or love,
You're definitely going to get into a crisis.
So today,
I have a challenge for you.
It's not a guided meditation.
It's for you to reflect,
To see how well your life is balanced.
Are you working till 6,
7,
8 p.

Do you only care about money?
Are you not doing exercise?
Are you not doing the exams that you need to do for your health?
Spirituality?
Is it balanced?
You don't have to meditate.
Love?
How is yourself love?
Your love for others?
Or if you have a partner?
Education?
How are you continuously growing?
Family?
How's your relationship with your family?
And friends,
Are you leaving them behind because you're so busy working?
It's so important to find that balance.
So today's challenge is to just stop and reflect what you need to work on.
And I'm not saying it's easy.
No.
And I'm not saying I have my life balanced.
It's not.
I try.
But the least you can do is write it down.
What do you want?
What are your goals?
And how are they now?
How are these aspects in your life?
Try to find that balance.
Take care of yourself.
Do something for yourself.
Just take a moment to reflect.
