There was a time that I just felt lost,
That I had forgotten what I wanted.
I had forgotten what I was doing,
Why I was here.
I just literally forgot everything.
I even started seeing myself differently.
I wasn't the same.
It was as if I hit rock bottom.
It's this crazy feeling about just being lost.
And anyone can talk to you about it.
Anyone can mention it.
Anyone can say something,
But no one really knows how you feel.
And you will never know how someone else is feeling.
That's why there is no way you can judge someone.
There is no way.
Because everyone goes through something differently.
Everyone can go through the same situation you're going through and feel a very different way.
And I went through this situation where I didn't know where to turn.
I didn't know if I had to turn left or right.
I didn't know if I had to keep on going straight.
I had absolutely no idea.
But today,
Even though I haven't recovered at 100%,
I feel like I'm getting a little bit closer.
And I hope you are too.
And that's why this meditation is for you.
This guided meditation is for you to just sit in a very comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
And just get connected.
Get connected by breathing in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
One more time.
Feel the air,
How it fills up your body.
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Take a moment to do something for yourself.
Feel how your lungs expand while you're breathing in.
And feel how they feel while they're breathing out.
Take a moment to breathe,
To feel the air.
But while you're breathing,
Imagine the air is filling up your body with energy.
Feel the air.
Take a few seconds to imagine this white being.
Beam of light coming in from your crown chakra.
And this white light is here to clean you.
To fill you up with energy.
To give you ideas.
Anything that can help you in this moment.
That I know you feel like you have nowhere to turn.
You don't know if to turn left,
Right,
Keep going straight or look back.
You imagine this white beam of light filling you up with that energy,
With that knowledge,
With that wisdom that you have been asking for.
And thank it.
Thank that energy.
Because it has allowed you to find yourself.
And if it doesn't,
It's called faith.
And it's one step forward.
So just imagine how that white light fills your body.
Take a few seconds to just breathe.
Feel how that white light moves down to your throat,
Your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your fingers,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your hips,
Your legs,
Your knees,
Your feet and your toes.
And this white light is telling you,
I know you feel lost.
I know you feel like you have nowhere to turn.
But trust me,
You'll find it.
Trust yourself.
And trust the light.
Trust it to guide you.
Because the best thing from a crisis is that you always stand up 10 times strong.
Take another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
And imagine how that white light just stops coming down from your cone chuck at the top of your head.
Take the light.
And remember there's always light at the end of the tunnel.
And you can do it.
