Loved this meditation - it really helped ease my pain and made me calmer! I wouldn't exactly call it a yoga nidra though - because the body scan isn't as comprehensive as in the typical version. But there are aspects of body scans, affirmations and visualizations built into this that are really useful with pain. The combination of deep breathing combined with affirmation and visualization is very powerful! Thank you for sharing this meditation 🙏💗
