Let's spend the next few minutes together,
Tuning into our bodies and connecting to our breath.
I want you to find a comfortable position,
Either sitting down or laying down.
When you're ready,
You can close your eyes.
I'm going to start by taking deep inhales in through your nose,
Starting from the belly,
Bringing that breath up through the chest,
Up to the top of your head,
And then exhaling it all out through your mouth.
Let's do that one more time together.
Inhale,
Bringing your breath into your belly,
Up to your chest,
And up to the top of your head,
And then exhale it all out through your mouth.
Now I want you to focus your attention onto your body.
Notice any sensations.
Notice any discomfort throughout your body.
Just pay attention and notice.
I want you to pay attention to any discomfort or pain in your body.
I want you to place a hand over that part of your body where you're feeling discomfort.
I want you to imagine that there is a warm light coming out through the hand into that part of your body.
I want you to keep your awareness on this part of your body without judgment,
Without expectations,
And just be holding space for this discomfort.
Now with our hands still on this part of our body,
Start taking deep inhales again in through the belly,
Up through the chest,
Up to the top of the head,
And then on the exhale,
Imagine that you're exhaling all that discomfort out of your mouth.
Let's do that one more time.
Inhale,
Bringing oxygen into the body,
And then exhale,
Letting go of any pain or discomfort.
Now before we finish,
I want you to just send some love to your body,
To this area of discomfort.
You can think or say out loud,
I love you.
And guide those loving thoughts and feelings to the areas of your body that need it.

Giving your body some love and comfort that it needed.
And whenever you're ready,
