Hello and welcome.
I invite you now to take the next three minutes to focus on yourself,
Allow yourself to relax,
And bring in some self-love.
I want you to start by taking a deep inhale in through your nose and sigh it out the mouth on your next inhale in through the nose.
Imagine you're filling up your belly,
You're filling up your chest,
You're filling up all the way up to the top of your head,
And then sigh it all out.
Releasing,
Letting go of what no longer is serving you today.
This is your time to take for yourself.
Now I want you to place one hand over your heart.
I want you to notice what your heartbeat feels like.
Is it fast?
And if so,
Focus on slowing it down and inviting rest and relaxation into your body.
Now I want you to invite in the mantra,
I am loved.
You can say it quietly in your head or you can say it out loud.
I am loved.
Every time you speak these words,
I want you to let it fill you,
Let it fill you up,
Fill up all your cells.
I am loved.
Beautiful work.
Now I want you to release this mantra.
Maybe even give yourself a little hug and then when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
