Relaxed and ready to float back to sleep,

Neck,

Shoulder,

Your spine is sinking,

Melting into the mattress,

Giving in to gravity,

Deep relaxation,

Flowing down your neck,

A wave,

It's time to relax into sleep,

Letting go of everything else,

Noticing the inhale and the exhale,

The warm breath entering the nostrils and exiting slowly as you become more and more relaxed with every breath,

Following the breath as it leads back to sleep,

Breathing in peace,

My entire being is at peace,

Allowing peace to flow through all the cells of my being,

Being peace as I breathe in calmness and I slip into my sleep,
