Affirmations to feel good.
Sometimes we don't always feel great within ourselves.
Something somebody said or something somebody done or even whatever we do for ourselves we don't always feel wonderful.
And I find that affirmations really help me to love myself,
To feel good about myself,
To accept who I am.
And so that's what I want to share with you here.
So I'm going to say some affirmations and I'd like you to repeat them after me.
Okay here we go.
I accept myself unconditionally.
I accept myself exactly as I am now.
I accept love for myself.
I accept who I am.
I am at peace with my past.
I am doing the best I can.
I am proud of who I am.
I am enough.
I am beautiful inside and out.
I am perfect just as I am.
I am creating my own love.
I am love.
Well I hope that has made you feel a little better.

I know for myself when I look in the mirror first thing in the morning or even in the middle of the day whenever it is that by saying these things to myself,
Looking myself straight in the eye,
I feel so much better.
