
How To Shift Emotions That Are Stuck In Your Body.

Emotions are energy-in-motion. This is a visualisation where you can scan your body and experience any stuck emotions so that they can be released from the body. It is safe and effective to support the emotions to flow.

You may have heard before people say that emotions are energy in motion and this is really important for you to understand.
Emotions are not coming to attackers,
Emotions are information but emotions also want to move and flow.
They don't actually want to be stuck in their body,
In our bodies,
In your body,
In my body.
They don't want to get stuck,
They want to flow.
They're energy in motion.
Emotions are meant to be felt,
They're meant to come to completion and they're meant to move on and move through and so many times we stop them from moving through.
The mind is what stops them flowing and makes them stick somewhere in the body and this is a technique where you can allow them to flow again in a really safe way.
To get them to shift and flow again we're going to do a body scan.
So this body scan allows you to be curious about what your body's carrying around every single day.
I want you to go into this with the mind of curiosity that you're really wanting to discover what's going on.
Curiosity is a wonderful thing that can give an information on what we don't know right now.
We're gathering information and when we have new information then we can do something about it and I'm going to give you that something to do about it as well,
Don't worry.
So the first thing I would like you to do before we start the body scan is to just sit and breathe,
Okay.
You can close your eyes if you would like to,
You can rest them looking down and rest them on one spot or you can keep them open.
It's totally up to you how you do this,
Whatever makes you feel safe.
Get your resources behind you,
Feel the chair behind you,
Really well resourced and I want you to breathe.
And as you start the body scan I want you to start right down at the bottom in your toes and I want you to feel through your feet and up your body.
Sometimes you may feel nothing,
Sometimes you can feel the clothes on the outside of your body if you've got socks on or the floor under your feet or something going on there.
Sometimes you may feel a dense energy,
Sometimes you may feel a pleasant energy.
When you feel something that's more dense I want you to just stay there for just a moment and get curious about it.
How does it feel inside your body?
Does it feel heavy?
Is it vibrating?
Is it circulating or is it just still?
I want you to just notice it,
Don't try to attach to it,
Don't attach a story to it and you remember that you are fully supported by my voice and also by your resources that you've set up behind you that are here to support you.
Fully resourced and supported,
I just want you to get curious about how this feels.
Now the invitation is to breathe with it.
I want you to breathe in and as you breathe in I want you to allow it to take up more space if it needs to,
Give it the space that it needs.
And as you breathe out I want you to surrender into the feeling.
It's just like dropping through the feeling,
This is about allowing the feeling to flow and move to where it needs to move.
Remember that feelings come and go,
Emotions no matter what they are,
Are energy in motion and they just want to move through and this is the way to bring them unstuck.
Breathing in through your nose as you do allow the feeling to expand to how it was before it got stuck and then surrender through the feeling and as you breathe out allow that feeling,
The energy to flow on,
Allow it to leave your body and go back to the source of life.
And as you breathe in,
Allow that feeling,
The energy to flow on,
And go back to the source of light and love so it can be transmuted back into light and love once again.
It no longer has to hold as dense energy,
It can be this simple.
Let it go.
Keep doing this scan,
Finding the dense energy in your body and then taking a deep breath in,
Letting it expand and as you exhale surrender through the emotion.
A lot of times I'll say to clients just drop into that,
Just drop into that.
You get stuck in the story,
When you get stuck in an emotion,
Give it some space,
Drop into it,
Then you'll find what's underneath.
This can take a while,
So this is a moment where you might like to pause the video and keep doing these body scans until you've found the dense energy through your body and surrendered into it,
And then come back and press play when you're ready.
Once you've dealt with all the dense energy in your body,
It's really nice to see what else is there,
What's there now,
What was happening underneath this.
Keep scanning your body now,
And when you find something light,
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
You can do it.
So,
I want you to keep watching your body now,
And when you find something light and wonderful,
Stay there for a little while and examine that,
And get curious about that.
What does it feel like?
Is it soft?
Is it small?
Is it large?
Does it have a feeling?
Is it a bit tingly?
Is it a bit juicy?
Lovely?
How does it feel?
This time the invitation is to stay here for a little while in a beautiful feeling and let's see if you can expand it for a bit.
You have the power to feel this wonderful feeling more right now if you choose to.
Breathe in and feel it expand.
Emotions love to move,
They love to flow,
Emotions are energy in motion.
Let the good feelings expand.
And if the mind tries to come in and say you're not allowed to have this much pleasure,
Just let it go.
You can say to yourself,
I choose to expand beyond that belief and then expand.
I'm hoping that you're starting to realise that these emotions and feelings of bliss and love and joy and pleasure are available to you anytime that you choose them.
They really are.
All it requires is a few moments and your breath and some awareness and you can do this for yourself whenever you would like to.
You're invited to use this at any time that you feel you'd like to bring more bliss into your body,
More calm or you'd like to have more focus and less chatter.
I want you to feel what it's like in your body now that you've expanded those big feelings and what it feels like to be lighter and fresher in your body once the dense energy has been shifted out.
So anytime you feel anxiety or fear or stuck or anything like that you can actually use this tool to shift out the dense energy.

This meditation helped me to release some definitely heavy energy that I tend to hold in my right shoulder blade area. I was surprised how quickly I was able to release it. And then move in to feeling the lighter, tingly, happy energy and expand that further into my body. It left me smiling💗 thank you Tracy 🦋
