This is a slow breathing meditation. If the breath holds are too long and cause stress or discomfort, then breathe at your own paces when needed. Take extra breaths if you feel the need. At the end of the track. Breathe as slow and silently. With minimal effort. Reducing the range of motion also. To reduce the effort. Remain with the slow silent pace, for as long as you like.
