This is a slow breathing meditation. If the breath holds are too long and cause stress or discomfort, then breathe at your own paces when needed. Take extra breaths if you feel the need. At the end of the track. Breathe as slow and silently. With minimal effort. Reducing the range of motion also. To reduce the effort. Remain with the slow silent pace, for as long as you like. Enjoy, relax, rest and recover. Remember this is not to create stress, add breaths if you need to.

Toroidal dynamics,

Eternal breath,

Breathing meditation.

Find comfort,

Lengthen and straighten your spine,

Whether seated upright or lying flat.

Observe the flow of your breath,

Allowing yourself a moment to let go of any distraction and begin to bring your focus to your breath.

Your breath is all that matters here in this moment.

During this meditation,

All breathing will be done through your nose.

The inhales and exhales will be around 6 seconds long,

With a breath hold at the end of each inhale and exhale.

Now let's open our lungs in preparation for this practice.

Calmly taking control of your breath,

On your next inhale,

Slowly guide the breath in,

Expanding your belly,

Then gently allowing the ribcage to expand as you inhale to full lung capacity.

As soon as your lungs are full,

Slowly release the breath,

Emptying the lungs,

Then allowing the inhale to flow straight back in.

Stay with this pattern for a moment,

Becoming familiar with the range of motion.

On your next inhale,

Pause when the lungs full,

Waiting for my cue to exhale.
