Today I'll be guiding you through a basic breathwork session.
A great way to focus your mind,
Empower you and ignite the creativity in you.
This session will consist of three breathing patterns.
Starting with breath of fire followed by four breaths split into threes then four silent breaths.
All breaths will be through the nose.
Breath of fire is fast and powerful.
The breaths aren't full,
The aim here is speed.
They should be short and sharp and powerful.
Inhalations through the nose and out the nose.
The second method is a whole breath split into threes.
So it will be a full inhalation split into three and then the same for the exhalation.
Sounding like this.
This we will do for 30 seconds also.
The final method is slow full inhalations and exhalations.
Try to breathe as close to silent as you can.
Just relax and be present and feel the sensations.
Feel the air,
Slowly fill the lungs and then slowly leave.
You will hear me breathing with you so just try and follow the rhythm.
Get comfortable,
Sit straight and upright.
Close your eyes and breathe gently at your own pace.
Take a full exhale,
Empty your lungs completely and hold.
Breathe in and we will go straight into the breath of fire.
10 seconds left,
Lets up the pace.

2,
1 into the threes.
10 more seconds and we switch into silent breaths.
3,
2,
1 slow steady silent breaths.
4,
2,
1.
In 10 seconds we start round 2.

1 breath of fire.
10 seconds left,
Lets up the pace.

1 into the threes.
10 more seconds and we switch into silent breaths.
