This is a breathwork session to energise and strengthen the mind and body. You can repeat this session as many times as you feel. Engagement of the perineum/Mula bandha should be applied on the inhales and the holds. Be sure to keep the spine as long and straight as possible. After the session, relax and feel the energy running through you... You created it.. it belongs to you and is there for you whenever you want to access it.

Transcript

This is an energizing breathing meditation.

Get comfortable sitting upright and straight,

Lengthen your spine and slightly tuck your chin.

Breathe deeply at a gentle pace,

Letting your mind clear and bring your focus to the long breaths you are taking.

Continue with this for another minute.

In 30 seconds time,

You are going to take 33 fast,

Powerful,

Complete breaths.

With each in-breath,

Squeeze your perineum,

Envision with each inhale,

Strong energy rising up from the base of your spine,

One vertebrae at a time.

I will breathe with you so you can follow the pace.

Empty your lungs,

Prepare for the 33 breaths.

Let's go.

Remember to squeeze your perineum with each inhale.

Let's go.

Seconds兩個 10 breaths left.

2 left.

Completely exhale,

Fully empty the lungs.

And hold.

3,

2,

1,

Complete inhale,

Fill the lungs up,

Hold your breath and squeeze your perineum.

Hold this for 60 seconds.

Hold this for 60 seconds.

Exhale completely.

Let your breath return to its own steady pace.

Be aware of the sensations and energy that you have just created within yourself.

Remain in this state as long as you like.

The track will continue for another minute.

Hold this for 60 seconds.

Hold this for 60 seconds.

Well done for investing this time into yourself.

Tried it out after class as a breathing exercise in hopes to help me process the information a little more efficiently. Very good breathing exercise as a gentle way to stimulate your body to feel more awake. Thank you!
