Hello,

Just taking a few moments to come back to the simplicity of presence,

To give yourself this space to connect to all and everything that's around you in a way where the negative patterns are easy to let go of and the positive energy that is part of the ecosystem,

The elements in the world,

The beautiful sunshine,

The beautiful air,

The beautiful earth,

The beautiful elements that surround you and that surround us and nurture us can allow for this positive energy to flow through.

If you notice any tension or if you notice that there is any constriction in your body,

Be conscious and aware to let that go.

So when you sit down and you meditate,

Even if you're in pain,

Even if there is physical pain that is there present in your body because of disease or because of a situation that is difficult to transform back to healing,

Be aware that you can visualize in a very creative way,

You can visualize that which allows the body to come back to pleasure and wellbeing and happiness,

Whether it be just remembering the sunshine that is out there creating this sunny,

Warm feeling within yourself,

Or whether it be just the memory or your connection to a communication that reminds you of the simple pleasure of being present to life.

And this could be something as simple as remembering a positive,

Which then allows for the positive energy to flow through you.

Or it could be something as simple as connecting to your breath,

Which is usually what we do in meditation.

We connect to the breath so that sense of breathing becomes very present within our practice.

And this is known as somatic awareness.

So you're allowing for yourself to come back to just the pleasure of being rather than being caught up in the negative patterns that the mind is focused upon,

Which is usually very linear perspective of your experience.

You're remembering something from the past or remembering something from the future or thinking about something in the future.

And this pulls your way from the positive flow of energy.

So just by sitting quietly and being present,

Then your heart speaks to you in the language that very often is translated as love or beauty,

Positivity,

And you will feel this deep within yourself.

You can continue to visualize the pleasure of just being present to a gift of being alive here and sharing your aliveness and communication.

With the world by imagining a luminous sphere within the breath that you're breathing into your body.

So you're not just breathing in air.

You're not just breathing in the element of air.

You're breathing in spiritual quality that is present in the element of air.

So your breath has a spiritual quality and you can imagine this as a luminous sphere of white light.

You're breathing this into your body.

So your breath is so much more than just the breath.

You're not just breathing to manage your,

Survive in this moment to manage your the organs so that they can be alive because of breathing.

You're bringing in a connection and a deep communication that is present in this luminous white sphere that you're breathing into your body and expanding this luminosity from within.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Notice that every little part of your body relaxes and let's go of those negative patterns,

Tension,

Thoughts,

Memories.

It's a process of purification.

So as you let go the negative patterns,

There is a space and you fill the space with the luminous sphere that happens to present itself as you breathe in into your body.

This luminous sphere just presents itself.

You see that you're breathing in much more than air and it presents itself in many ways,

Not just through your mind visualizing the sphere,

But you can sense it within your body.

You can experience this expansion within you on many,

Many levels,

On subtle levels as well as very tangible levels.

So your senses,

Sense of touch,

The sense of smell,

The sense of hearing,

The sense of connection goes far beyond just seeing.

You are experiencing this white light expanding within you through your breath and allowing you to touch upon the simplicity that is positive,

The simplicity that is beautiful,

That is very beautiful,

That connects you to the clarity,

The peace,

The love within yourself.

This is what human beings need to come back to when creating this process of purification through the breath,

Through awareness of the breath.

It is important to let go of negative patterns and connect to the beauty of positive energy.

So recognizing this beauty in your clarity,

Recognizing this beauty in your peace,

Recognizing this clarity in your love,

You then begin to experience this expansion not just as a visual perception,

But also as a complete experience,

As a direct and powerful experience within yourself.

Imagine if this is difficult,

Imagine that you are soaking up the attributes of these qualities,

The qualities of clarity,

The qualities of peace and the qualities of love.

You can imagine that you are connecting to this,

To these attributes through your communication,

Not just through your breath,

But also through your imagination,

Feeling those qualities.

That is a very important part of your meditation,

Not just seeing or visualizing those qualities,

But feeling and connecting deeply to those qualities of clarity,

Peace and love.

So as you do this,

Then it's almost as if the light shines from within you.

And in mysticism,

This is the heart becoming more luminous.

This light,

This positive energy begins to flow and heal you and purify you.

So the process of purification is one of beauty rather than one of struggling against negative patterns within yourself or fighting with those negative patterns within yourself.

It's one that is so very natural.

It's almost as if you just open up and receive the beauty from within this luminosity in your heart.

And this light radiates in all directions to all parts of yourself.

Your heart expands and connects to all parts of yourself.

So you're connected in presence to this luminous positive energy that expands everywhere.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

You will notice that your worry,

Your anxiety,

Your stress is so much easier to let go of when you're connected in this way.

The vitality that you connect to within you creates a momentum so that this luminosity continues to expand in all directions you're filling yourself but you're filling the room and you're filling the space around you with this wonderful luminosity that is the profound communication of love.

You dissolve those contractions,

You let go of those stuck places within yourself and your awareness,

Your consciousness comes back to this luminosity,

That language of love that is expanding into all into all around you in all directions to the farthest corners of the universe.

This light continues to expand and become more and more luminous,

Become more and more clear,

More and more powerful.

And it's almost as if the energy within every cell of your body connects to this positivity so your heart speaks to your body,

Your body speaks to your soul,

Your soul speaks to the universe.

This momentum carries on forever and ever.

So even after the meditation,

Even after you come back to just the mundane world,

This luminosity doesn't stop shining in the beautiful way that your heart is able to continue communicating to the world.

So positive energy is not limited to space or time.

Positive energy once appreciated,

Once communicated to this positive energy is continuous.

The momentum keeps going because beyond the linear dimension of time we live in this multidimensional connection to the world and so you are able to continue communication in this multidimensional deep aspect of yourself and you are able to continue this communication throughout your day.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Remember,

Love is not limited to your thoughts,

Love is not limited to your feelings,

Love is an expansive space of positivity that continues forever.

So as you breathe in,

Radiate this powerful light and breathe out and let go,

Remind yourself throughout the day today that this radiance and this luminosity is continuous.

It's a process that has no beginning and no end,

Just the appreciation and presence to beauty that allows you to strengthen and to empower this aspect of yourself and continue to strengthen and empower this aspect of yourself in all aspects of your action and your everyday living of life.

But remind yourself if you forget,

If you get caught,

If you get constricted by a negative pattern of thinking or a negative situation,

Remind yourself that beauty is the language,

Is the language within your heart that helps you to recognize this positive energy.

So see the beautiful within your experience,

See the beautiful or open up to the beautiful within your experience or within your thinking or within your feelings so that you can go beyond the negative patterns in your spiritual practice of everyday living.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Just come back to this deep stillness,

Come back to this deep sense of quietness and allow for the frequency of sound in the background to help you to let go of stress,

To let go of worry,

To let go of anxiety,

Just to come back to deep,

Deep stillness.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Letting go.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

Deep breath.

You may wish to continue in stillness for a few more moments,

Integrating the experience of coming back to this deep space within yourself,

Coming back to the stillness within.
