Oh Okay,

So as you find a comfortable position,

And just closing your eyes,

And reminding yourself now,

Just so that the intention is very,

Very clear in this meditation.

That you are connecting to your heart,

The space where loving kindness,

Compassion,

Joy just expands from within.

It's a magnifier,

Your heart is a magnifier of this present moment experience.

So now,

Imagine yourself in this most beautiful place,

Wherever that may be,

Perhaps it's in nature,

Perhaps it's in a peaceful haven that is just your very special place.

And in this place your heart is totally happy,

Relaxed,

Connected,

And blissful,

It's a place that you can call home.

A place where you can relax and let go of the mundane,

And just joyfully,

Blissfully be It's beautiful body,

It's beautiful being that you are.

It's luminous with light.

May even wish to imagine,

Visualize yourself as just a being of light,

Nothing else,

Just the energy of light,

Luminous branch.

And the positivity of bliss,

Joy,

Happiness that you are magnifying from within your heart,

Just right now in this moment,

Really experience this joy and bliss as this luminous being body that is you begins to explore the unknown,

A space you've never explored before.

So there is no other reflection but the purity of expansion,

The purity of knowledge and wisdom as you explore this space from within this luminous aspect of your being.

May even wish to imagine,

Visualize,

Relax,

And let go of the mundane,

And just joyfully,

Be it as you are,

Nothing else,

Just the energy of light,

Nothing else,

Just the purity of knowledge and wisdom as you continue exploring with this sense of bliss,

This sense of expansion,

Nothing else,

Just exploring the newness of being.

And as you do this,

I will work energetically with you and I will create this wonderful bubble of luminous light in this room and expand to all dimensions,

All aspects of reality.

Deep breath.

As you connect to this beautiful,

Luminous body that is your being.

And it is almost as if in this moment your potential is enlivened by your presence.

And you sense this and you experience this as a natural healing flow of energy that is not just in this luminosity but it is also deep within your heart.

You can sense you just know that all is possible.

Everything is possible.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Just noticing how the space around you is more still and you are reaching for a higher dimension of your experience simply by being connected to this moment.

There is nothing more that you need to do.

Just being present in itself is a blissful experience.

It's almost like those old habits that used to drive you no longer are important.

What is important is being present in this moment.
