I will especially focus on children and childhood events that sometimes prevent us from being ourselves and being more connected to this intention of being free.

This meditation is very simple.

All you have to do is close your eyes.

And by closing your eyes,

What happens is that you are more able to focus on the deep movement of energy that happens when you are coming back to this beautiful moment that is real experience.

When you focus,

Like you do now,

All you have to do is ask your body,

The breath within your body,

To be more free.

And of course,

By asking,

You set in motion a whole interesting movement.

By asking,

You manifest this movement in a real sense.

The physiology of the body becomes aware of your intention.

But to help it along,

You need to feel this intention.

You need to make this intention much more than just an intellectual ideal.

You need to make it real by feeling the breath relax and go deeper.

By doing this,

You will notice that your body begins to relax,

Which is the essence of meditation.

When your body relaxes,

There is more space for the breath to go deeper,

To fill your body with more vitality,

With more strength.

Allow this beautiful expansion to happen,

Not just physically in your body,

But also mentally.

This means letting go of all the little limitations,

No matter how important they are,

No matter how strong,

No matter how real or present they may seem,

Letting them go to give more space to the mind and to the emotions within yourself,

To expand beyond the little picture that you believe to be the center of your universe.

Expand with the breath,

Expand within your heart,

Expand deep,

Deep in the thoughts that create the mind,

Expand to a space that is more free.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Notice how when you do this,

Your body and your being becomes more aligned with the harmony that is the universe that I call real love.

As you do this,

Notice how your body not just relaxes,

But also goes into a state of joy.

You may not feel this or you may not realize that this joy is there,

But it's slowly expanding within yourself.

This is what happens when your whole being comes back to a harmonious state,

Its original state.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Notice how this joy helps the feeling within your body,

The feeling within your heart to expand and become more conscious.

Allow the thoughts that get in the way to just be there watching them,

But don't get attached to them,

Don't allow yourself to be caught by their little game.

Simply watch them as you would watch a movie,

Be a witness as you breathe in and breathe out and allow yourself to come back,

Not to an empty space,

But to the space that is expanding within yourself.

That has a full,

Deep,

Real feeling,

A feeling that comes from beyond any reference,

That comes from your truth.

Allow that feeling to expand everywhere and to help this feeling to expand,

You may want to focus on the space that is at the base of your spine.

I call this space the base chakra or the coccyx.

And notice how when you breathe in,

This whole space moves in a very subtle way,

But moves energy so that this energy contracts and moves upwards.

So notice how with your intention,

You're able to create this movement to be more strong,

To be more obvious by bringing the energy up the spine,

Up through the various points,

The chakras within the spine,

Up to the top of your head.

As you witness all that is going on,

Simply allow the energy to expand and move upwards,

Up towards the top of your head,

And realize that then you're opening yourself to be a channel to the divine intuition that begins to think and feel thoughts that transcend the mundane,

That inspire your being because they come from a very deep and beautiful place.

That is the space that is the divine that you can actually touch and communicate to in a very direct way when you allow yourself to let go of all that limits this possibility and open for it to flow deep within your body,

Deep within your heart,

Deep within your mind,

Allow a beautiful energy that is all around,

That sustains life,

That is beyond understanding to expand within you.

And as you do this,

Realize how easy it is to begin to be inspired by the beautiful divine intelligence that now shows you a bigger picture of the situation that you are dealing with.

The experience of life begins to intuitively guide you to a place that is much more harmonious.

This is what happens as you embrace the harmony within yourself.

It is a natural movement that happens.

You move slowly towards all that is harmonious.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Do not try to get to a place that you think is more spiritual or more beautiful or that your mind believes to be correct.

Simply focus on the energy rising up your spine so that your body expands within the concept that is without words,

Within this beautiful harmonious space that you begin to experience in this moment.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Notice that all life is breathing in and breathing with you,

Deeply to come back home to this state of harmony.

And breathing out,

Letting go of all,

To come back to this state of harmony.

What a wonderful feeling.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Relax.

There is no need to worry.

There is no need to think or to feel or to try to do anything.

There is no need.

Simply be who you are.

Be the real person that you are.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

What a beautiful feeling.

What a beautiful feeling that you now allow yourself to be a channel,

To be a vehicle to express this feeling in the many beautiful ways that makes you a unique human being.

As you become more aware and more expanded,

It is so much easier to feel the real joy of being alive,

To feel the depth of what it means to be a human being,

And to let go of all the little things that take up so much energy and mental space and emotional space.

As you breathe out,

Notice how your body relaxes.

Take a few moments and focus on all the beautiful things that are really present to you.

So many of us find it difficult to appreciate the little gifts that life so,

So many times gives to every human being here on Earth.

The simple gifts,

The gifts of being alive,

Being healthy,

Breathing in the beautiful vital air,

Being part of such an amazing space,

Being part of a whole big picture that is often not seen.

As you expand,

Realize that your mind is not just present in this physical reality,

But you are present on so many other levels,

And these other levels are just as important as this mundane level that takes up so much of our energy.

Be aware when you bring your attention to those spaces,

To the many dimensions of existence and time,

That those dimensions begin to communicate to you in a very wonderful way.

You begin to see that all is much deeper than the mind likes to believe.

All is much more simple,

Yet more complex than we like to believe.

As we let go of all the old paradigms,

The old belief systems that keep us in control of who and what we think we are,

We realize that on these more subtle dimensions there is so much more wisdom that we can open to,

That we can manifest in our actions.

These beautiful wisdoms inspire real transcendence.

These beautiful wisdoms allow for your whole being to create a movement that brings you closer to the harmony of all life,

The Divine,

Allowing for the grace of the Divine to come down closer to the space that you now are present to.

What a wonderful feeling.

Take a few moments to be inspired by this sense of presence,

Not just to the mind or the mundaneness of the mind,

Or to those feelings that come and go,

But rather notice how your presence now touches so many more depths of who you are,

So many more layers that you didn't realize you had.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Be inspired by the energy as it raises up towards the heavens.

Within yourself you now expand to the space where you bring the highest aspect of yourself down to the world that we so often get lost in,

The world of the mundane.

And notice how this sense of transcendence now allows this world,

The mundane world,

To find another way to express itself.

Notice how all those little problems that we often spend so much time struggling with now get inspired by the depth of your experience,

Like a poet who is inspired by beauty.

The mundaneness of life now is inspired to move beyond the struggle,

Beyond the pain,

Beyond the suffering,

And experience another layer that is so present,

But so much more complex to realize if we don't let ourselves move to that space that is so much more detached,

So much more free,

So much more removed from the intensity of what is going on.

When you expand into this space,

Your feeling is so much more powerful,

Your mind is so much more powerful,

Your being is so much more powerful.

You no longer need to be the victim of all those mundane movements that toss one's consciousness from one side to another,

From pain to suffering,

And from suffering to pain.

Notice that when you bring this harmony back to those aspects of yourself,

That the beautiful harmony that you experience inspires you to be real,

To move beyond those aspects that create suffering,

To a space where you do not need to be a victim,

Where you can be yourself.

And who are you?

You are a beautiful divine being.

As you breathe in,

Accept the space of divinity within your heart,

Really embrace it.

Don't just think about it,

Don't just say,

Ah,

That's a nice thought,

But really embrace it from that space of openness.

And notice as you do this,

How much more free you feel.

There is no need to be a victim to any suffering.

All suffering is self-created.

Even if it is as real as it seems to be,

It is a picture that you believe in.

As you transcend this picture,

You will see that any suffering,

Any pain,

Any dilemma that you are experiencing in this moment has so many more layers to it.

There is a depth,

A learning that with real consciousness,

Real awareness becomes obvious.

Not just in a spiritual sense,

But in a physical sense,

In an emotional sense,

In a mental sense.

You become more free to see the big picture.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Come back to that space,

Come back home to who you really are and accept that beautiful space.

Take a few moments to really honor and accept that beautiful space that makes every human being an aspect of the Divine.

And as so many of us begin to realize this Divine space,

Then we bring the Divine into this physical world.

We are co-creators.

As we create this beautiful reality,

It is not just a reality that is for ourselves,

But a reality that we can share.

And that the world begins to experience and we begin to transcend the pain and the suffering that our culture,

Our social system,

Our physical earth is now going through.

And we begin to create a new reality.

We can co-create this new reality together,

But it requires that you let go of the old,

Even if it seems difficult or impossible,

Or if it brings up fear within yourself because you have to change,

You have to change all that you know.

It is very important to do this,

More important now than ever before.

Realize that we are here not just to be comfortable and sit and wait for transformation to happen,

Or for someone to help us move closer to the Divine.

Then realize that you have the key.

And even if my words help you to realize that the key is in your own hands,

You are the person that needs to open the door to walk back home to your heart.

No one can do this for you.

It requires strength.

It requires clear,

Clear action.

As you breathe in and breathe out,

Have the courage to take those steps to come back home to a space of real love.
