This is day 4 of a series of developing a personal practice. There is a brief introduction to the practice today and then a guided meditation. Today's meditation is on Ham Sa, which is the sound of the breath and means "I am that". This breath-based practice is used for creating a focus during meditation by drawing attention to the breath and the mantra, Ham Sa. I also introduce a hand mudra, the Dharmadhatu mudra, a gesture of tranquility to invoke tranquility.
