This practice is for when you are feeling overwhelmed, worried and anxious, unable to breathe and find calm. We begin by focusing on the breath, and then giving our mind something else to hold on to besides the worried thoughts. The simple use of "I am here now" while breathing will guide you back to earth, feeling grounded and at peace.

Use today's meditation anytime you're feeling overwhelmed,

Anxious,

Or even disconnected and needing to reconnect again to find mental clarity,

To find deep breath.

When we're feeling anxious,

Our breath becomes shallow.

It's difficult to concentrate,

Sometimes even to speak.

When worry comes about,

It's important that we can return to our breath and use this meditation as a tool to help you come back to your breath,

Feel more grounded,

And think clearer.
