A student of meditation and mindfulness, Tom's education is in research Psychology. His focus is to bring mindfulness and meaningfulness into people's and organization's lives. Tom is a Reiki level III practitioner and has a meditation and insight coaching practice in Ontario, California. Before moving to California, Tom led community group meditations at yoga studios and wellness centers in the Baltimore area. Tom has received his Mindful Leader and Emotional Intelligence certifications through RethinkCare.

Lovely. Thank you 😊 Sometimes though, I find myself getting startled by the chimes. I’m feeling very relaxed and peaceful during the meditation and then ‘Bing,’ a chime makes me jump. Lol
