Welcome.
Thank you for joining me.
Today I'd like to talk about coming home to the body.
And what I mean by that is most of us spend a lot of time,
Myself included,
Outside of the body.
We all kind of understand what it's like if we drive many miles and look back and not recall
Those miles,
Not really have known the experience of driving those miles.
And we do these things
Literally all the time.
We could be listening to somebody standing right there and when they
Finish just clearing our mind and saying to ourselves,
Of course,
What did they just say?
And so these little things of not being present,
Not being at home in the body,
Tend to happen
Tend to happen all the time.
And so this is an exercise in not just discussing,
But actually
Performing the task of coming home to the body.
So if you're not in the body,
Where are you?
That's a good question.
I myself find if I'm not in my body,
My essence or my spirit or my soul
Is just floating somewhere right outside.
It doesn't have to be that far away.
Often it's just
Straight up front and a bit to the left and I can see it clearly.
So the first part of this
Exercise will be to simply say,
Where am I?
And then let your consciousness hone in on
Whether or not you're in your body or you're just outside your body somewhere.
And you'll be able to do that.
Just taking a nice breath,
Taking a few minutes
To feel around.
Now I'll just quiet down so you can do that.
Now that you've found yourself,
And I think all of us have,
The next part of the exercise is to call ourselves home.
So now that we've got that indication of where our essence is,
We're going to say,
Come home.
We might need to say this a couple times.
We just focus in,
Relax into the breath,
Soft focus the eyes,
Let our intended focus take us to where our essence is,
And say,
Come home.
And as you do that,
Let your focus pull that essence back home,
Whether that be through the
Crown chakra,
Through any part of your body,
It doesn't really matter.
But you want to feel that
Essence come back into the body.
And I feel mine coming into the center of my chest,
So into the
Heart.
And I can feel it heavier now,
Because the essence is home.
So I feel,
In a sense,
Fuller
And wholer.
And that comes with it a little bit of heaviness,
Not bad heaviness,
Just a density.
And I can feel it directly in my heart.
So just feel into your body and call yourself home again
If you're not there yet.
Come home.
Take a breath and just pull yourself back into your body.
That's perfect.
Feel yourself expanding.
Feel that extra density,
That wholeness that I mentioned earlier.
And feel that coming into every aspect of your body.
Feel
It coming into your upper body.
Feel it coming into your lower body.
Feel it coming into your
Arms and legs.
Feel that beautiful bright light that you are filling the whole body,
Every particle,
Every cell,
Every molecule of your body is now feeling the brightness
Of that light that was missing.
And as you do that and expand this throughout your body,
Feel the difference because you're home in your body.
Feel the presence.
This is not about the thinking mind.
This is about where your essence is or was.
And now that it's home,
You should feel this expanded within you,
As I do now myself.
Let's just take a moment to feel this deeply.
Know that we're home.
And know that this is where we pretty much want to be all the time.
Although a lot of us aren't.
Now,
Before I leave you guys today,
I just want to say
It's really crucial to be in your body the large percentage of the time,
As much as you can.
And the reason that is,
Is because leaving the body is often just,
I don't want to say negligent,
I don't want to say negligent,
But it sort of is.
We sort of just don't want to be here.
The
Dense heavy world that we live in,
The body we live in has a lot of heaviness.
It may even have
Trauma and pain that we don't want to feel.
So this shouldn't be an escape.
We shouldn't be
Escaping from the body to be out of the body most of our day,
Our waking day.
We should want to be
In the body.
We should want to feel the different sensations,
The different feelings,
The different
Emotions.
In the end,
That's what brings us closer to the healing that we can acquire,
That we will
Acquire,
Is being in the body and feeling through them.
So if you have an emotion coming up,
Feel
That emotion.
Understand that emotion.
Let it tell you its story.
Let it process right in front
Of your eyes.
Breathe it through your body.
Let it go.
And as this happens,
You'll have this small
Moment of healing.
And all of us have a lot of it to do.
I don't say that in a mean or nasty way.
If we've been on the planet for any length of time,
There's a lot of underlying issues.
The expression of peeling layers off an onion.
These are what we are peeling away over time.
So it's been great to have you guys with me today.

That's the most critical part of this equation,
In my estimation.
Then we're going to look at the different personal dynamics of energy,
How we work through
Clearing,
Setting up our energy within our physical bodies,
The energetic bodies that
Surround them.
And then we'll start looking at our homes,
Our workplaces,
Our cars,
Places we go in public,
Shopping centers,
Grocery stores,
These types of things.
Hopefully by the end of two or three of these dialogues and presentations,
You'll feel
Comfortable setting up your energy,
Following your energy throughout the day.
You won't feel as
Discombobulated as you walk through your day and certainly at the end of the day.
And you'll know exactly what to do if by chance something does get to you and it's not sitting
Well with you.
