Akashic Journey To Heal And Expand in This Lifetime

This is a journey into the Akash where you will be guided gently to view that which can benefit and heal in the lifetime. I guide this journey with a focus on strengthening the current lifetime through positive remembrance. I state in the meditation that an Akashic record is simply that "a record," and there is no need or reason to relive what is seen. You will be guided to bring forward energy that will strengthen and enhance the life you are living now. Negative energy can also be transmuted.
