Beautiful music. I thought this was a guided meditation so it took me by surprise. Initially I felt uneasy and then I seemed to break through that and the word 'enough' came through - enough of being a people pleaser, of tip toeing around others, taking on responsibility for others' feelings - enough. And the phrase, speak your truth also came through at the end. Interesting and unexpected way to start my werk. Thank you Tom 🙏🏿😊.
