So welcome one and all hope you can hear me clearly 2pm in the UK I'm Tom Evans important to we'll talk about time zones and why it's 2pm here and maybe a different time for you where you are I'll just wait for a few more people to join in and then we go thanks Sarah for letting me know you can you can hear me that's wonderful to to know just as some apologies I've got some workmen here at the moment shoveling gravel so you might have a bit of noise in the background but hope that doesn't destroy things hi Heidi good to see you and hi Anne from Canada hi from Chicago what I'd love for you all to do is just to pop into the into the chat box what your time is where you are I want to talk about time zones a bit later on so hi Tanya hi Deborah Deborah Mary Esther good to see you 9am 9am holy what time do you have in Israel at the moment oh that's a great question why did I use the word alchemy I'm going to explain that I will do that first before we kick off and do anything else hi Sarah 2pm UK time Tanya 3pm Karen 6am call your keen well done again as you see I wake up about 6am most mornings the dog and why have you I got a really old dog at the moment and his his bowel control isn't too good so I'm up about 5.
30 taking approval before he drops a message somewhere in the house anyway huh Christine's at 7am hi Donna in Hamilton Ohio and Phoenix Arizona 7am so and what we'll do well I shan't tell good to see I'm hoping to come to one of your excellent marketing sessions before the end of the year hope I can make the next one sorry I've been I've missed them so much this year because I've been so busy doing marketing or content marketing so let's let's talk about alchemy so this is part of a series now and I started it in the last life where I talked about the seeds of alchemy in parallel with this on the app I'm publishing serializing my book new magic for a new era which I never had the time to do the audio what version of it so I'm doing a chapter a month in fact the next chapter that's going to go live in December will be about time the first chapters on money and I'm going to deal with love alchemy in December I think that's a nice month for us all to look at all to look at love and hope to be with you shantel on the 6th of December that's fantastic and in the new year I'm going to talk about money alchemy how we can generate as much abundance in our life not just cash as we need now why alchemy alchemy is the meta science of transmutation so classically you might get someone that wants to transfer to get the gold out of lead by transmuting the elements but actually what true alchemy is about is control of the physical space around us by the mind alone and it's easier to do organic matter than it is inorganic matter so we can all influence each other just by mind alone that's what some of the things that you will experience when you listen to my my meditations which is which is great but what's not known so much is the dimension of time the fourth dimension of time is malleable and transmutable and not only can we change how we experience time in the now and lots of meditations talk about the only time you can manipulate is the now that is absolutely untrue we are capable of not only influencing the future from the now but also bizarrely influenced in the past as well and we're going to have a look at that towards the end of this uh towards the end of this session now this session's around an hour long which is kind of interesting because um seconds minutes hours weeks and months do not exist we we humans made them up just so we can have a system where we can all come together at the right time so time systems are brilliant because we've all come from all these different time zones thanks thanks for sharing your time zones in the chat window and we've all been able to come together roughly at the right time if by any chance some of you are late into this or you um uh have to dump out jump out i'm recording it on a separate microphone and ipad and i'll put it up on the app pretty soon also on the app you'll find loads of resources on time you'll find that time is a is a is the thing i love to manipulate there's a course called the art of timefulness there's an audiobook which is about an hour long called mindful time for going full and what happens when you become more mindful you end up with more time on your hands and when you got more time on your hands you've got more time to be kind and we start kindness funnily enough with kindness to ourselves then to other people and then you find we end up in a big cyclical loop where the world is kind back to us and we end up having more time there's also a few meditations on the app uh one's called the speed of time which is kind of interesting and one's called just for a moment and there's a couple more i'll mention a bit later on in context when we get on to them so yeah so seconds human minutes hours weeks and months do not exist we made them up the only real time constants are the rotation of the earth on its axis which gives us the notion of a day the rotation of the orbit of the moon around us which gives us the notion of a moonth so months are completely made up by humans that's why we've got equal and equal uh days in them and that sort of stuff but moons i run my marketing calendar as chantel knows to the moon so every new moon there's a new ambient track every full moon there's a new um guided meditation every first quarter and third quarter there's also a guided meditation that comes out as well and i find that when we go with the temporal flow then uh everything becomes a bit easier and of course we've got the time constant of a year 365.
25 days so but what so what we've got to really think about is in the next hour in this hour i'll try and get i'll try and do the full hour today because i've uh been a bit better now my knees uh has been had surgery and i can sit in my desk for a bit longer than i couldn't do last time in an hour what happens is the the the ground under our feet moves about 1000 miles that's about 1600 kilometers and the earth moves 67 000 miles through space amazing isn't it but for some of us some people are just sort of sitting still some people even going backwards but let's explore where time came from because um about three or four thousand years ago humans weren't really bothered about time they sort of got up when the sun rose and they went to bed when the sun set and there wasn't much need for a time system because people hadn't specialized in different tasks as soon as we got this um the agricultural revolution and uh what have you people want to know about things at certain times so up to that point you just work to the seasons and that kind of thing uh and you get up if it's sunny you get up if it's rainy yeah you might not do anything at all but the babylonians and the samarians and the babylonians developed a time system and we don't think about this too much but you know why have we got 60 seconds in a minute why we've got 60 minutes in an hour why have we got um 12 hour clocks and 24 hour clocks and the reason is they work they had a mathematical system called base 60 and the number 60 is a really easy number to divide just with string and a ruler so you draw a circle and you divide that into two and you've got 60 gradations around the circle you have 30 and 30 put a cross across it and you end up with 15 you can also divide it by so you can divide it by five by four by three by two and one and also by 12 and they used to count using the phalanges on their hands i've got my hand up and if you look at the the knuckles on this index finger you go one two three and then on the middle finger you go four five six on the ring finger you go uh seven eight nine and then on the pinky you go uh ten eleven twelve and then when you count it up with with the four fingers on your right hand up to 12 you hold one finger up on your left hand so i've now got up to 12 with my thumb and i go to 24 with the uh index finger on my left hand up to 36 up to 48 and up to 60 so just with your hands so long as you haven't lost a finger or some people might even have an extra finger then you can actually count up to 60 you can do lots of calculations so that's what we ended up with that's why we've got hands on clocks and and that sort of thing but we didn't really have any clocks until around 16 1700s um watches didn't really come out till 1700 1800 and we didn't have time zones until we started having international travel the first time zone system was um was invented by a guy called or proposed by a guy called uh queer rico filipanti an italian mathematician in a book called miranda i never read the book in 1858 but it was only called sir sandford fleming who proposed the system in 1884 the international meridian conference about having 24 time zones and of course because the earth when you look at it and from space above the north pole and down to the south pole it looks like a circle and it divides up very easily into these lines of longitude and each line of longitude around the equator is about a thousand miles or so wide that's why we travel a thousand miles in that hour but time is really really uh flexible when i'm sure you've been in adopters waiting room and uh you've got nothing to read the doctors late and and time seems to drag on and on internally or as you did i did the last 24 hours we had some friends coming to stay for lunch tomorrow they decided to stay overnight we watched the new james bond film on streaming stuff like that and that that whole 24 hour period has just zizzed by uh in the next to no time at all because we're all just having fun and chatting away and what have you so time has got this malleable quality to it and i just want to do a little uh experiment with you all who are made um so let's all shut your eyes and then just just tune into your breath tune into the in breath and fully exhale tuning into the out breath and then for the next three in and out breaths i want you to just tune into the gap between the in breath and the out breath and the gap between the out breath and the in breath well done so now i'm going to go quiet for a period of time i'm not going to say how long that period of time is and i'm just going to play a little sound effect you'll recognize the sound effect fairly quickly in so off we totally will go so all right there we go so i'd love it if you could open your eyes slowly now come back into your room and in the chat box just tell me how long that ticking sound went on for how long do you think it lasted for there's no right or wrong answer by the way fantastic fantastic lovely lovely lovely right okay this is really interesting so it was exactly one minute so if that's what you thought it was there's nothing wrong with that lots of people have said 30 seconds as well 25 seconds we've got 20 seconds from tanya in germany lori you said two minutes which is really really interesting so the interesting thing is there it was exactly one minute the ticking was literally one minute the sound effect i've just slowed the ticks down towards the end so it shows you how just the ticking of a clock can be manipulated so we think time goes slowly one of the reasons for this and this is why i said there was no right or wrong answer there's no one did that better than anyone else it just explains a little bit about how our brain is wired we've actually got two minds of time so there's a great book um it's not totally supposed to promote things outside insight timer on yeah but there's a book by a guy called ian mcgillcrest called uh the master and his emissary there's a big book um and uh i was like the notes inside his the end of his book is bigger than any of the books i've ever written he researched it over um 15 years or so and it's about the neuroscience of left and right brain and there's if you haven't got um time to read it there's a great uh animation called the divided brain by um an outfit called the rsa animations royal something something society in the uh in the uk called divided brain ian mcgillcrest and in it he explains how the left brain largely sits inside space and time and the right brain sits everywhere and everyone else so if we're in left brain mode as we might be if we're driving or we're thinking about something driving on a familiar route then time seems to go quicker we're in right brain mode and let's say you're going on a new route somewhere it seems to take longer to get there because everything is new in the right brain not only does it sit everywhere and everyone else the right brain also processes the new and then once it's got the new it hands it over to the left brain to deal with so um in the in the book managing time mindfully and in fact in the course the art of timefulness i've invented three new time zones so i'm in gmt as other people are over here um krennic mean time uh so i've invented three times there's one's called emt which is extended me time and what happens is because the normal human mind is only capable about having one thought at a time if you're thinking about something else other than the thing you're thinking about trying to work on let's say creatively then you start to become inefficient so if i'm trying to write a book or a meditation or something like that and then i go back to a conversation i had yesterday that didn't go too well or i think about what i'm having for supper my efficiency will naturally drop um and there's a there's a couple of techniques we can use to get to maximum efficiency which is interesting uh one is um uh alternate nostril breathing we'll do this in a minute so don't worry and the other is thing called the quantum collapse of thought and all meditations are based on similar the similar sort of thing is that if you take the mind away from its internal chatter the internal chatter has no other option but to go quiet now lots of my meditations on the app do this there's one called just a thought where i explain this i've got one called just breathe by the way my meditations uh they all do what they say on the tin so so you can check out the meditation with just a thought or the just breathe and and breathing is a great thing because if you're concentrating on the breath you're not concentrating on the inner mind chatter if your inner mind chatter comes up then obviously you lose focus on the breath and one of the things i say in my meditations if you heard some of them is that breathe in and out five times and by the way if you lost count it doesn't mean you did it wrong it meant that you actually dropped into the meditative state so it's actually a good thing if your conscious mind lost the count then you're actually meditating really really well and that's why so many people as i do use meditate use the breath as an entree into the meditative state just relaxes us take our mind away from the inner chatter to whatever so what's really useful about um the quantum class of thought is we can use it before we start working on a creative task by entering emt and using the quantum class of thought we get into this extended mind state where time seems to take on this lovely stretchy quality and let's say i've allocated myself an hour's time to write a chapter when i get my mind quiescent glow in the quest and mind mode all the time often i write in the morning just started meditating the time seems to stretch around the task the other thing that happens is because you're not emitting thought forms so i'm not thinking oh i really must go to chantelle cornelius's fantastic um uh fantastic marketing uh monday master class on the 6th of december 2 p.
M i believe it is as well so if i'm thinking that um because chantelle and i work together we've known each other and what have you often what can happen i can pop into her mind and she might get be diverted away from whatever she's working which working which might be some marvelous marketing idea for a client of hers so by keeping our mind quiet we stop interrupting other people and also picking up other people's thought forms that might interrupt us which is kind of interesting uh so let's just let's just do a little bit of alternate nostril breathing what we do when we do this it's an old yoga technique there's many versions of it uh i'm not yoga trained so you literally get your right index finger uh use it to close down the right nostril and you breathe in and out through the left nostril let's do that just three times and then you can flip over close the left nostril down with the left index finger and breathe in and out through the right nostril three times just one more what this is doing is energizing both sides of the hemispheres there's also a physical technique you can use called cross crawling look it up on on youtube and there's another technique i use in some of my meditations where you imagine that the breath starts in the belly below the diaphragm on the left crosses over at the heart line and then goes up into the right hemisphere then on now you do that on odd breaths so one three five and seven and so off then you flip over and then on the even breast you imagine the breath starts in the right side of the belly crosses over at the heart line and then also goes into the into the left hemisphere so obviously this is imaginary for a kickoff the breath doesn't start below the diaphragm and the breath doesn't technically go into the left or right brain and it's really interesting that uh okay it tends to be blokes who say oh that can't work because it's not real and that's the whole point just the fact that we can imagine something makes it kind of work if you know what i mean so these techniques are fantastic to get into what i call the extended mind state and then we'll just go into the quantum collapse of thought very quickly what the quantum collapse of thought is is they're thinking about your thoughts and the best place to do this from is the center of your brain the pineal gland which is the sixth chakra point the third eye also they call it the the um the cave of the original spirit and all this other stuff the gateway to your higher self and such things and the way to access that point is just to imagine that you're looking at the back of your eyeballs and it helps you can put the tongue to the roof of the mouth imagine a place about two or three inches up then two or three inches back and just imagine you're looking at the back of your eyeballs and it helps you you might want to close your eyes as well then um at this point when you have a thought that comes in and you can do this right now just ask it who sent it for what purpose why now and now it's coming thank you for coming in and ask it if it go back from where it came just try that for a few seconds asking your thoughts where they came from who sent them for what purpose and asking them if they go back to where they came from and you might want to think about this how many seconds or minutes was that what was that gap we just had just to think about our thoughts and go into the quantum collapse mode i had to put something in the chat room or just have a think about it it's all right so these two simple techniques alternate breathing nostril breathing or belly breathing cross crawling and then collapsing your thought forms to zero is how you extend get into extended mind time and by doing that what happens is you you stop emitting your thoughts so other people don't pick up on those thoughts and think to get on the phone and ring you or something like that so you tend to get in this kind of a lovely uninterruptible bubble where you get just what you need to be done your creative task done in in strange amounts of time i can write something like about five six thousand words in a linear hour that ten that um one thousand miles on the crossing earth service or sixty seven thousand miles through through space so we have that ability to mind to time the greeks knew about this the ancient greeks knew about this they called they had the god of of of the earth which was kronos and we get the word chronometer from that sense synchronism and those sort of words come from that that derivation and they had the god of the heavens kairos and what they didn't know at that time because they didn't have an mri scanner is the left brain tunes into the god of the earth into the kronos god and the right brain tunes into the left brain which is the left brain tunes into the god of the heavens which is why you might say someone's got their head in the clouds if they're a bit dreamy and don't seem to get things done you might also say that somebody just posted he's got the he's got the devil of the detail because they're just in the in the left brain mode and interesting enough if you watch a tom and jerry cartoon and you can do a image search as you know on google just type in tom and jerry devil on the shoulder and you see the devil that goes into tom said saying go for jerry always turns up on the left shoulder and the angel always turns up on the right shoulder so these things are sort of hardwired into our culture and into our neurology that um we've got the angel saying do good into our right brain and the devil um tan attempt us into our into our left brain there you go so here you go right um so let's let's move on a bit and any questions up to now and yeah and just a little tip about um creative tasks as well is that if you were to look at my um my aikal diary i have meetings with my creative tasks if i'm recording or writing a meditation i will have it in my diary that at 10 o'clock on uh tuesday next week i'm recording this next meditation for an hour and then in the afternoon i tend to do my post-production i'm more creative i'm a creative morning person i do the the post-production which is the technical left brain stuff but i do the dreamy right brain stuff i tend to do that in the morning but i'll put in my diary in one color code and here's my creative writing task and another color code i've got here's my post-production task and what happens with that is that the um the what happens when you when when you diarize things the information that you need to help you with that creative task tends to come along just in the most perfect time which is kind of interesting so a couple of questions in there uh how long was that first time the first time was exactly a minute when we did the quantum collapse of thought that was around 30 seconds and the questions you can ask your your your internal thoughts are okay um this thought comes along so you can say um uh who sent it for what purpose and uh oh why now why me you can ask it loads and loads of questions so um t you just said sorry can you repeat that what specifically you want to repeat was about the lower the left brain the left brain sits inside space and time and the right brain sits outside space and time for most people now it's it is an urban myth that the left brain is is is logical and the right brain is creative we've got logical parts processing in our right brain we've got creative parts in our left brain that was a generalization that came up by research by a guy called professor roger sperry in the 60s who did some amazing search um with people that had epilepsy and he found that if he severed the corpus callosum which is the butterfly structure that connects both sides of the brain together it would it would cure the epilepsy but he also discovered that it made it created all sorts of other unwanted side effects at the time as well but he did then discover that we had this bilateral ability of our brain two sides did different um is different things later on it's discovered that this this structure in the brain wasn't the communication structure from one side of the brain to the other so it wasn't how the brain the neurons are one side the other uh wide it shuts one side of the brain down temporarily so the other side of the brain can get on to another thing so when we go into extended me time what we're doing is actually shutting down the corpus callosum we're making it go quiet so both hemispheres can work on the same task at the same time and i call that whole brain thinking but i want to now move on to another of my made-up time schedules we're at we're halfway through so we now traveled 500 miles together uh on uh on the face of the earth about 33 000 miles in space which is just uh mind-boggling you know every year we travel and we travel about half a million up a billion miles around the sun so uh if you're 50 years old it means you've been on space earth not for 50 years but for 25 billion miles how about that for a mind-boggling concept and so let's talk about another time constant time thing it's called imt which is inner mind time now i mentioned i've got loads of meditations on this so if you go into the course they are time for this uh this is there's meditations on emt there's meditations on imt uh which is interesting um and on the inside the app as well there's um a meditation called tuning into precognition so one of the things that um this has now been discovered by researchers first in scandinavia they put people inside uh MRI scanners and when they flashed images at their in their eyes flash images they discovered the gut mind the neurons in the gut were activated about five seconds before the image came up which is really really interesting and you've all experienced this you ever come like to a t-junction in a in a car you're just about to call out then something stops you or the classic one which is uh you you the phone is about to ring but just before the phone rings you know who's on the other end of it this is because all our neurons are completely wired into each other holographically so bizarrely the gut mind sees hears and feels and even the visual and even the visual centers in our brain also see in here and people are synesthetes where their senses get switched over so people can sort of with their fingers uh with an eyes shut they can touch um a piece of paper and they know what color things are it's because all our neurons are holographically wired together and they can detect what the other neurons are doing you need to train your mind to do this as well so for example i've got another meditation on the alcohol perceiving the aura where you can train your eyes or specifically your third eye how to how to see um how to see auras um so meditation called tuning into precognition and what we can do and this is a really additional thing we can do on top of uh going into the emt state and it saves us lots of time because if we always make the right decision we don't waste time on the wrong decision or going down the right path we can tune into our heart mind and our gut mind and we can ask them about any question at all let's say we were given two uh opportunities and we had to go one way or the other what you do is you enter the emt state first the reason why you listen to this meditation is i'll take you through that that script making your mind go quiet okay and that's great to share that tanya that you've had nights in in hospital always work before the telephone round which is really interesting and children of course do that naturally and what we do when we take people into the school system they're given a time table they got term times exam times lunch times break times and this sort of so we we we induce people time onto people and we can get enslaved by it but we can also free ourselves from that as well or we can educate our children in a more clever and smart way which would be kind of interesting to do yes the children tend to operate out of time in fact time doesn't really kick in until our conscious mind forms until conscious thought comes in that's when time tends to to kick in and you can argue that before in in the first quarter of my book managing time mind but i go right back to before time even began interesting enough there's a lovely program by called the universe by brian cox on bbc at the moment and he talks about 13 billion years ago the big bang and he's hit right forward then to four billion years and he doesn't actually talk about anything that the billion years in between that because at that time everything was happening at the same time there was no time at all and of course meta science knows this but the traditional material scientists don't really appreciate it so until we had planets revolving around stars and that took 30 generation stars to come about there was no one watching time and i've got a lovely phrase somewhere on social media there's nothing beats nothing beats to the second other than the person observing the clock how about that interesting okay lovely okay um right so um i am t and so so just i'll do this at a bit of speed so you imagine you're in the emt state so you've nicely warmed up your left brain and your right brain and what have you near that floaty whole mind extended me time state you've got your conscious mind quiescent by talking to your thoughts and now let's imagine that you've got a decision to be made today it could be anything it could be something trivial it could be major like moving house or changing job or partners all this sort of stuff so all you do is you ask your gut mind is it right or wrong yes or no green light or red light do that right now and what happens is you'll get a yes or a no slightly before you've asked the question because the gut mind doesn't have language the language centres tend to be in the left brain the sides of our brain here the these uh the middle middle sense of the brain it doesn't have a language of very old mind it can only give you a yes or a no so let's say it gives you a no you can then ask the question of the gut mind what would have to change so it could be a yes now the gut mind tends to work something like five to ten seconds ahead of our conscious mind it's always right and it likes to be asked them the more you ask it questions about decisions the more it will inform you at the time after some time you don't even ask it you just you always make the right decision all the time which is interesting and someone said jonie well how do you find the courses on insight timer things have moved around a little bit recently on insight time they've got a new um uh app i think it's the codename is like butterfly so courses i think if you look at my profile you'll find at the top the courses are there um i'll just put a search in the search um feels pretty good on insight timer now just put art of timefulness i'm about the only person that's rattling on about time for this so you use the search word time for this then you'll find all my time for this related stuff at the at the top i'm pretty sure okay i hope that answers that question anyway so let's move on the the heart mind also works slightly ahead of time it's more like about two seconds ahead of time so you tend to live you walk into a room you can tend to know if there's love in that room kind of before you got there if you know what i mean and we can use this to uh in a couple of ways first is the heart mind uh also speaks in a level but it's got three or four levels unlike the the black or white yes or no um interrogation of the gut mind you can actually ask the heart the the heart mind is it in love with something lukewarm about it or absolutely cold so let's say it's cold or lukewarm you can then ask it a second question what would have to change so you could fall in love with it and if you go through this iterative process with head using the head to interrogate the gut and the heart mind it's amazing how you can always make decisions right decisions all the time which is really really good and of course after time the heart mind also starts to inform you before you have to do anything before you even have the conscious thought so learning to trust the gut and the and the heart and getting the head heart and gut in alignment um is just a fantastic time saver really ah i was hoping l i don't know your full name but l can you please go to the top of the class and you got a gold star from the teacher right this is really really interesting so you said how can it become a yes is the heart is it the head mind that answers says of course because the the gut and the um the gut and the heart haven't got language they can't give you the answer linguistically what happens is it gets triggered by the third eye and the crown and the idea comes from the super consciousness which is the reason you're going to the top of class l and getting the gold stars we're going to talk about outer mind time next which is omt sammy are also absolutely fantastic question and observation how does this work between soulmates i had this intuition with someone i love very much no matter how far apart we were and it works because um once you've bonded with somebody at that level between a soul level or a heart level your heart is bonded with that person across all space and time if you're into past lives and future lives it goes right across all space and time as well and it's a thing called entanglement so quantum physicists do agree once once two particles are connected together no matter how far they're moved apart from each other they're bonded forever so if the spin of one particle changes the spin of the other particle changes as well and what scientists don't quite realize yet uh don't know yet this one of the big questions is how does that happen faster than the speed of light which it does so let's say uh for for some reason theoretically in future lives you were two billion light years away that soul one that hard bond will still be there it works right across all lifetimes which is why sometimes when you bump into somebody uh in this life you go hang on i kind of know you from somewhere before and interesting i quite i feel this amazing bond with you it's happened to me many many many times so you go oh so sammy i'm sorry that he's in but i'm i'm sorry i'm not sorry he's in heaven and so uh so connected so um this is uh a good example of how this all stuff this stuff really really works so uh from my heart to your sammy uh and across to your soul mate too i wasn't expecting we're going to go there on a on a talk about temporal alchemy but obviously next month when we're talking about love alchemy that's exactly what we're going to talk about i'm going to talk about how we can activate our heart rate and uh and all the wonderful stuff we can do with the with the heart rate healing bonding connecting getting your soulmate perfect soulmate to walk into your life perfect situations to walk into your life whatever you i mean obviously when you combine that with a practical activity sorry about the chantel called marketing also perfect clients can walk into your life just at the perfect time and i love this idea of taking sort of uh this metaphysical stuff and bringing it into a kind of new agey context around things like social media and that kind of thing and of course this app is is bonding us all together at the same time as well you know we've got what 19 million like-minded souls on this app right now i don't know still don't know how they apply me i asked maddie jarrod when she discovered me where she found me she can't remember and that is a soul to soul heart to heart connection which is great and they just came along in my world just at the right time and big love to you uh tanya for an application so let's move on to um to omt which is outer mind time and this will explain a little bit more sammy about uh this connection this soul connection which which transcends time and space um so and meditation on the app called becoming prescient so um i got into all of this stuff when i wrote my third book on called the art and science of light or moments where i've always been very bright i've always had ideas literally off the top of my head our language gives away where they come from they come through our crown they filter into the into the third eye and then they percolate into our our neurons and we had this great idea that light bulb moments come in in less than a second and i only found this out that was that's my first ever published book with a real publisher probably going to publish it once you've signed your manuscript off it's really difficult to change it yeah so i channeled in after i wrote the book the anatomy of a light bulb moment and i couldn't get it i couldn't get the publisher to add it to it and but i saw a couple of meditations that i think are out there and what happens when the idea comes in it shoots straight down the spinal column into your root and the root mind checks in with the earth mind mother earth mind is the ecological for the planet at that time then it pops up into your gut and your gut says oh i'll give that a green light then it pops into the heart and your whole heart falls in love with it then it goes into the right brain and you get a bit of a big picture like this then it pops over to the left brain and you get some of the detail and then if you like archimedes it can pop down to the fifth check of the choke mind and you might shout Eureka i have found it so when you have a light bulb moment you're not in whole brain mode you're in whole mind mode but also connected to the collective mind so all of us are all connected together through the super consciousness and the person that you're most resonant with in the past is the past version of you the person you're most resonant with in the future is the future version of you and i think that light bulb moments one of their sources can be a channeled from if you've got like you're connected with the angelic realms or whatever you can get it through your your guides or through the spirit if that's your thing or from the fairy realms if you like but when you're connected um the one person you are connected with is the future version of you who knows the thoughts you haven't had yet and also knows that um the the bright idea that you can have today is the thing that allows you to evolve to that that future person so in the meditation becoming prescient and prescient if you put a hyphen inside words it gives you more meaning so pre-science so Leonardo da Vinci had the pre-science to invent the helicopter maybe he saw helicopters in the future and he had them pass back into the 1400s but he also the prescience to invent the parachute just in case the in helicopter failed perhaps i made that bit up that's a bit apocryphal so prescience is again started by having a quiet mind but what you do is you open up your crown and this can be an imaginary thing you can allow your consciousness to float up into the crown and tether itself to the third eye with a thin gossamer thread and you can move to a place above your head called the alpa chakra point but at this point the idea of the notion of above and below is pretty academic because you're moving into a higher dimensional realm which is outside space and time and allow an idea to come in and then that idea percolates into your body and all the mind centers and then you have the right idea now it also happens when you're in the shower and it also happens when you're out walking especially if you're out walking near water and that's because the molecule h2o is the conductor of the universal mind stuff so there you go now oh we just were we just were three quarters away from nitrogen so if you've got any questions do fire them and i'll try and answer them um and but i want to talk about influencing the past which is kind of interesting so first thing is we've gone into this mode where uh we can quiet making our mind go quiet get our left and right brain working together in emt we can then interrogate the gut minds go into inner mind time so we're working slightly ahead of time we become uh prop precognizant okay and uh and yeah absolutely ideas for cooking the recipes when you meditate meditation is the best thing you do i first thought when you started i started to meditate i wouldn't have the time to do it now i know if i don't meditate i will lose the time many times over so any any time i spend meditating 10 20 30 40 minutes you get back in spades just by saving loads of time pushing water uphill so meditation is why we're all here that's what joins us all together so it's great that we're like-minded but here's the thing um the past is kind of malleable it's changeable and by the way when we talk about past and future one of the reasons you can't necessarily get the lottery results is if it's not in your future timeline that you win the lottery you can't tune into the future version of you who knows the numbers that you chose in the future to use them in the past that future might be this saturday when the lottery runs so if you're supposed to get the lottery uh or a lottery win it's because all you've done is picked up on some future thought forms into the now which is kind of interesting now with the past it can be rewritten in many many ways it can be rewritten by let's say you had a choice to make in your past right now something where you you didn't have this knowledge about head heart and gut but you knew you had to go one way or the other you can send that version of you a message right now so that version of you version of you might be a child it could be in your teens in your 20s or 30s or whatever that that person that version of you can be informed by you right now sending some messages so you can evolve to the person that you are right now in this lovely lovely causal loop which is kind of interesting but there's something else you can do which is even more fantastic and we'll come back to this again uh next month you can actually send healing out to anyone in the now from your heart specifically but you can also send healing to past versions of you as well and you can send them forgiveness you can send them ideas so not only can we pick up on ideas from our future view right now we can send ideas back to past versions of us too and the reason for that is that all time exists at the same time and as soon as we realize that we become temporal alchemists and we become able to manipulate the fabric of space-time and uh and angela that's a lovely thought i'll come to yours t as well it's an even better thought as well so when you look at the photograph in here and feel the message in our heart absolutely so these port these points in our body are portals and what happens with our we're talking about the educational system before we get hardwired so this brain of ours is really really active and thinking that's the way the the current education system is is is fired up i had to make a choice between art and music and science when i was about 13 i could really go one way the other so i went into the sciences and ended up being incredibly left brain i went in a bright and and i knew lots and lots of things but i got diagnosed and my early 40s as my right brain switched off and as soon as i learned to cross crawl uh everything started to switch on and that's what just before i started to meditate or whatever in fact i started to write backwards as well like many dyslexic people do when i when i first cross crawled so can you give an example of how to send the idea into the past of course i can yeah so um let's do this couple of it i'll give you i'll give you an example of how this happened to me it's in my book new magic for a new era and it should be i think i'm talking about it in the next chapter that's going live next month on time when i was 12 i was always very bright and uh i was in an algebra class and i was looking out the window because i i'd got what the teacher he's a guy called tom arplus was trying to teach people ages ago and and he shouted out he said evidence he said said why are you looking out the window i said well i know i know what i got what you you're trying to say you know i'm a bit bored he said right come to the front of the class then you explain it to everybody right and i was like quite shy at the time and uh and between walking from my desk to the front of the class an idea came in of how i could teach algebra this is not the way he was teaching it at the time i have no idea where that idea came from at the time but i was pretty proud of it so i remember it and i realized that when i was writing the chapter about these things in the book i at that point sent the message back in time to that 12 year old version tom and what i did is i i drew a seesaw and had the algebraic terms on one side and the other side and then when i moved them over from one side the other the seesaw went out of balance and then i had to move things back again and stuff like that get the seesaw balancing and that will solve the algebraic equation the kids loved it because they saw this pictorial way of doing uh algebra i think my teacher was pretty gobsmacked as well i didn't know at the time uh what was happening i don't know whether he wasn't teaching that method of solving algebraic equations i'm pretty sure they don't teach it now there you go so uh so that's an example of how it in action how would you do that in practice i just want to make sure that um sammy and sarah music is a science i know that now angela of course it is yeah um and and some great number the numerical and numerology in in numbers if i've done a whole album this year on the numbers one to twelve uh which is great so how do you do it in practice well i'm going to do a bit more of that in the next month when we do uh love alchemy but the way but the way uh you do it is just to imagine it but from the whole brain state so just imagine right now you don't even have to know when this was in in time that the existing version of you is actually assisting you in the past right now and it can the reason i mentioned that it can happen unconsciously it might just be that you just drag someone's attention the the past version of you from one place to another and they it's not a thought that comes in it's just a little nudge to look at this thing rather than the other thing very subtle sometimes it can be a feeling because it's got a reveal i mentioned as well sarah you mentioned that it'd just be a feeling a sense of love or whatever and because it's working on the um the lower mind centers pulling someone in a slightly different direction other than they would have gone obviously uh if the conscious mind is very loud you'll tend to overwrite those things or sometimes the ego ego can get in the way as well and you might your ego might think oh i'm gonna then override this i think it's a good idea what have you so the quiet mind is exactly how you can tune into these things and l do we need to develop both left and right sides of the brain for this to be a quicker benefit absolutely emt leads into imt and imt leads into omt which is outer mind time and carrie's so good that you're going to pass that on to your son as well so how do you manipulate the seesaw of algebra makes things a lot easier and actually um if you think about it why are we all here today what brought all the souls here today kind of interesting 145 souls all brought to here at this time 2 p.
M gmt on what day are we today the 24th of uh of november it's because our timelines were due to cross at this very time and then they might go in parallel for a while we might split or what have you then you bump into other people because your heart mind that's the power from the heart mind is something like a thousand times more powerful than the the radiation that comes from our brain and it's the heart that bonds us together and if you're interested i wrote a whole novel about this this my old soul ways trilogy is all about how people bond just at the perfect time and it's not just about people it's animals too it's planets it's moons it's stars and what have you so all the things that are happening right now lots of things had to happen to come together for us to have this experience right now and as soon as we acknowledge that and thank that it repeats and it amplifies and and the the ride that we're having on spaceship earth gets more and more joyous and uh and what we know isn't it amazing we're all sharing this right together right now and at the same time we've been we're doing this how many people are having a not so good ride on spaceship earth together by focusing on the wrong things that they're not i should say really frankly by focusing on the not so right things being stuck in their head untuned from the heart untuned from the gut untuned from the super consciousness as well so we're all blessed because we've got this amazing technology this mind technology called meditation that's what's brought us all together at this moment in the space time it's kind of interesting yeah and so yeah our future self and our past self and our current self all bonded together and you see some phrases that i've seen them on the app actually even even on insight time of saying the only time that matters is right now i would fundamentally disagree with that the only time that matters is where your attention is drawn to right now which might be now or it might be the future it might be the past or when you write a book which i've been writing recently it could be several billion years into the future so i can't imagine that if i'm focusing on right now because right now some of the things i'm tuning into don't exist yet so if you're writing science fiction the last place you want to tune into the last time you want to tune into is is is right now you want to tune into a different time so talking to time we're winding up to the hour right now i'll just take one or two last questions invite you but i'm not quite sure on the real quick look on the dates for december when i'll do the the next talk well let's do it on the um on the 17th of december which is just a couple of days before the uh the new moon that's when i'll do the talk on love alchemy and then in the new year we'll tune into the moon phase as well and do money alchemy so we'll kick off the new year with abundance flowing our way natalie do you know any good meditation on it to connect with us shoot yourself so pass so well i can only refer you to the course on the art of timefulness by yours truly um as far as i know um you know i've been called a temporal alchemist by my clients that's what i do and that is the best place to go to you need insight time a premium to get access to that uh but if you also go into my free meditation becoming prescient that's how you can tune into your uh uh shoot to you uh i must have something on oh i've got a very good meditation called journey to the akashic uh and there's one called the x there's the the extended journey to the akashic they are um regressions to intra-life so the point in between lives and that's a great place to connect with all your past lives at the same time uh and t you just asked me about how to maximize your hair and smoke going to make the most of your day you go into a state called extended me time where your left brain and your right brain are active at the same time together so you end in this this lovely whole brain state and one of the ways to do that is using alternate nostril breathing or alternate belly breaths where your breath starts in the left and goes to the right hemisphere or starts in the right belly and goes up to the left hemisphere you can also do a thing called cross crawling as well which gets you into that point as well and yet there's a meditation called getting in the zone we should engage us on both hemispheres and also there's loads of stuff in the art of time on this course as well yeah thank you for that linda yes the 19th uh has been a restorate i'll talk about retrogrades as you remind me as well because i have my own view on retrogrades and can the talking then be on or after 11 am et us unfortunately i've got to go for this 2 pm time i've experimented with different times over the years but this seems to be the one that suits most people in the maximum amount of time zones but what i will do is i'll definitely record it and it'll be on the app if you miss it so and it suits my timing as well and my dogs need to get taken out at 3 pm otherwise they'll start to complain so uh thanks everyone for all you can thanks for all the donations all your kindnesses and uh we're just coming up to the hour now uh thanks for spending the last 67 000 miles on spaceship earth with me and see you next month take care bye

This was absolutely amazing . Iβve never listened to anything that Iβve resonated so strongly with. Maybe this is the thing that the universe was telling me was coming into my life.
