Notice what you notice.

What lies on the surface of your thought stream?

What currents flow below that?

What is lying at the bedrock at the bottom of the flow?

Just for today,

Embrace the messenger.

What is the message really saying?

Why was it sent right now?

Who really sent it?

What will you now do with it?

Just for today,

Learn to ride the elephant.

Let your conscious mind sit on top.

Allow your unconscious to carry you.

Observe the path of the super-conscious.

Just for today,

Change your worldview.

Move from a world out to get you to a world that cares for you.

And then become integral with that world.

Just for today,

Take cosmic guidance.

Latch onto a star.

Thank its light for entering your eyes and grabbing your attention.

Just for today,

Latch onto an idea.

Find its twin and complement.

Add these two ideas together.

Give birth to a third.

Just for today,

Come to full term.

Let the cycle commence.

Give it a spin.

Take it to completion.

Just for today,

Plant three seeds.

Leave one to its own devices.

Nurture the second.

Plant the third somewhere different.

Just for today,

See both the wood and the trees.

Notice the detail in your plans while holding the big picture.

See what emerges from the centre.

Just for today,

Let your thoughts fly.

Open the door to the birdcage of your mind.

Let what you are thinking go free.

Allow your thought forms to roost where they will.

Just for today,

Let love go in two directions.

Point it at your past for bringing you here.

Then direct it towards the perfect future you.

Be lovely today,

Sitting temporally in the middle.

Just for today,

Love the silence.

Notice the sound between sounds.

Smell the aromas beneath the wind.

Taste what is on the tip of your tongue.

Just for today,

Notice what is circling around you.

Ask yourself why it has not quite landed yet.

Prepare a nesting box.

Now is the time for new life to germinate.

Spring will be sprung.
