Enjoy the view and exhilaration.

Trust that you'll land softly and safely.

Step out of your cage.

The door was always ajar and the bars were illusory.

Your perch was just a comfortable place to hang around.

Unfold your wings and you might discover you could always fly.

Stand completely still.

Allow new connections to catch up with you and find you.

These connections might be people or ideas.

Find a reason to celebrate.

Celebrate an achievement you are most proud of.

Or celebrate just being you.

Watch the antics of your mind.

What was the first thought that came along after you awoke?

Where did that thought lead?

Choose tomorrow's first thought wisely.

As you go back to your earliest memory,

Remember the high days and holidays.

Relive and re-enliven the best ones.

Let the floodgates open.

Release whatever pressure has been building up.

Take deep breaths in and release.

Switch your engines off.

Unfurl your sails and let the currents and winds take you where they will.
