Really enjoyed this podcast. I couldn't listen to the whole 30 min and had to put it on hold, so glad I picked up the end of the interview the next morning. I found I was thinking of an experience I had and then Tom mentioned his work on how to deal with it. A synchronicity? Maybe, but when he mentioned cataract surgery he had (I was too fairly young when I had this surgery) I thought that was interesting!
I did have a little problem finding Tom on google, I had to type in the www.tomevens.co
Or tom evens meditation.
One issue I have with this app is that I would like to be able to stop at a segment and go back to it later by saving it or be able go back to a certain part.
