Let's connect with the underlying ocean of consciousness.

Connect with being.

This morning as I was gazing from the balcony,

Watching the sea and the bay,

I was watching all the different ripples that the water make.

All the different patterns of ripples that the water makes in its surface.

So complex.

One single surface of water.

There were so many different patterns moving from one place to another.

And ripples crossing,

Making different patterns as they connect.

I want you to sense how that right now is happening within you.

As you close your eyes and you feel your body,

Your body is a field of energy.

It's not only physical,

It's also an energy field.

The mind is an energy field.

And you can notice patterns in the body too,

In your mind.

The body patterns,

You can feel them as sensations.

Different areas of the body light up with sensations.

But also with your closed eyes,

That inner field of vision,

You can see patterns,

Movements of energy,

Rippling on the field of awareness.

You got kinesthetic patterns on the body and visual patterns happening in your field of vision.

And then sounds,

Ripples of sounds,

Vibrations in the atmosphere creating sounds in your ears.

And all these different patterns are coinciding in one field of awareness that is you.

What a complexity.

And you feel it all sensations,

Colors,

Sounds,

All coinciding in the field of awareness.

Within that field also,

Thoughts which are ripples on the mind.

Words that arise and subside.

Emotions,

Feelings.

The movement of your breath.

So much is going on.

The beating of your heart.

Your field of awareness takes it all in,

Allows everything to be as it is.

Notice what patterns are predominant.

In your sense at all,

What stands out for you?

Where's the energy more intense?

Throw your focus into that sensation.

What happens as you explore it?

What do you feel in the field of awareness?

Because as you touch the sensations with your awareness,

They tend to move and shift.

In the same way that we float in the surface of the sea,

Within the ripples of water in our body,

You can float in the field of awareness,

Feeling all the ripples going through you.

The life force moving through you as you.
