Find a comfortable seat or lie down.
Settling in and when you're ready close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and then exhale through the mouth.
Do this again.
Letting go of everything from before this moment.
One more breath in.
Slow exhale out.
You are here now.
You are present and you are safe.
Bring to mind anything you've been carrying with you today.
Any worries,
Any doubts,
The voice that says you're not enough,
The pressure to be more than you are.
And with your next exhale,
I want you to imagine releasing it all.
Just let it go.
Let it fall away.
You don't need to hold it anymore.
You don't need to figure it out right now.
You just need to be here breathing,
Resting in the truth of who you are.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Letting it go.
Now I want you to repeat these words after me silently or aloud.
Just let them land in your heart.
I am complete.
Not becoming.
Not striving.
Complete.
I am enough.
Not someday.
Not when I change.
Right now.
I am enough.
I am worthy of love.
Love from others.
Love from myself.
I am worthy.
I give myself permission to be exactly who I am.
My quirks,
My joys,
My quiet,
All of me is welcome here.
I am safe in my own skin.
I am content in this moment.
I have nothing to prove.
I love myself deeply,
Fiercely,
Without condition.
I am whole.
I am home and I am free.
Let's take one final deep breath in.
Hold for a moment and then exhale completely.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
Carry this feeling with you.
Not as something you're reaching for,
But as something you're remembering.
You are enough.
You have always been enough.
Go into your day knowing you are complete exactly as you are.
