Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me for this quick daily nervous system reset.
Find a comfortable seat and keeping your feet grounded on the floor,
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears,
Soften your jaw,
Allow it to drop open,
And when you're ready and you feel comfortable to do so,
Just let your eyes close.
This is your moment right now to reset and return to center.
We're going to start with some 4-4-6 breathing to bring in balance and calm.
We will breathe in through the nose for four,
Hold for four,
And then exhale for six.
I will count it out once and then we will go at our own pace three more times for a total of four rounds.
Let's begin.
Inhale through your nose for a count of four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Hold for four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Exhale through your mouth for a count of six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Releasing all that tension with each breath.
Now we're going to keep doing we're going to do that three more times.
You count to yourself.
Just relax.
You can't really do this wrong.
All right.
Starting again.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Keep going.
Two more times.
Letting each exhale that you make bring you deeper into relaxation.
Allowing your breath to relax now back to a regular pattern.
Now I want you to imagine a fresh,
Clean light pouring over you.
This light moves through your entire body,
Clearing away heaviness,
Doubt,
Fear.
It goes into every cell,
Every nook and cranny.
With each breath,
Feel your energy getting lighter,
Calmer,
Clearer.
You are not your stress.
You are the stillness beneath it.
Now I want you to picture a gentle wave of golden light sweeping from head to toe,
Clearing out your energy field,
Smoothing all the edges of your thoughts,
And restoring your natural rhythm.
Feel yourself rooted in a state of calm,
Anchored in this present moment.
There's nothing to fix,
Nothing to do.
Just allowing yourself to be in this moment in peace.
Let's take one last deep breath in through the nose.
Hold just for a second and then sigh it out through the mouth.
If your eyes were closed,
You can open them now.
I want you to carry this clarity and this ease into the rest of your day with you.
Be sure to do this as many times as you need to throughout your day.
Namaste.
