Hello and welcome.

My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me in this perfect day visualization.

To get started,

Get into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

And I want you to focus on your breath and begin to slow it down and deepen each breath.

Breathing in through your nose,

Filling and expanding your belly.

Hold it at the top for just a moment.

And then as you exhale through your mouth,

I want you to let go of any tension that you're holding in your body.

Let's do this a few more times until we are in a relaxed state.

Breathing in through the nose.

Deep breath.

Hold at the top.

And now exhale through the mouth.

Drop your shoulders.

Relax.

One more time.

Breathing in.

Fill your belly.

And hold at the top.

And exhale and relax even deeper.

Now let's return to a normal breath.

And to begin to focus on the point between your eyes.

Bring your awareness behind your eyes and be present in your body right now.

I want you to call all versions of yourself back into your body now and be here for yourself in this moment.

We will begin by connecting to your higher self.

I want you to picture yourself in a beautiful building with lots of rooms down a long hallway.

Maybe it's a big hotel.

Or just a big home.

If this hallway was the most beautiful hallway you've ever seen,

What would it look like?

What would the floors look like?

The doors?

The walls?

The doorknobs?

Are they fancy?

Are they made out of crystal?

The lights in the hall?

The decor in the hall?

What would it smell like?

Would it smell like roses or jasmine or fresh linen?

What colors would be present?

Would it just be one color?

Would it be white?

Blue?

Green?

What are the coverings on the floors?

Is it carpet?

Or wood?

Or tile?

Now picture yourself as you are today.

Walking into this building.

Into this beautiful hall.

You can't believe how beautiful it is and how good it smells.

It's so luxurious and comfortable.

As you begin to walk down the hall,

Imagine each door represents a different time in your life.

One for when you were just a kid.

Then one for when you were a teenager.

One for your twenties,

Your thirties,

Forties,

Fifties,

Beyond.

Now just keep walking down the hall.

You feel so comfortable.

And then you find the door where you are in your life right now.

I want you to take a moment and pop in and take a look.

Open the door and just walk right in.

It's your home as it looks right now.

Everything is exactly the same.

You see yourself in the other room getting a drink of water.

Now you leave that room and then you start to walk further down the hall.

And as you go down the hall you see the most beautiful door.

It's absolutely perfect.

You couldn't have designed it any better.

It's just the most perfect door for you.

This is the door to your higher self.

Walk over to the door and step in and have a visit.

As you step in you realize that it looks familiar and unfamiliar at the same time.

Now I want you to picture it in your mind.

What does it look like?

Picture it right now.

What colors do you see?

Textures?

Smells?

What does the energy feel like?

Where is it?

Where is it located?

What country?

What state?

Is it in the mountains?

On the water?

Are there big fields outside with wildflowers?

Let's take a moment to picture it right now.

You then see yourself in the other room.

You walk through the house and you go have a seat next to your higher self.

On your way,

Pay attention to what rooms are in the house.

Is there music on?

What does the decor look like?

What is the vibe?

As you sit down,

Take a look at your higher self.

What do you look like?

What does your energy feel like?

What are you wearing?

Now ask your higher self.

How do you spend your days?

How is it you're showing up?

Ask them what time do they wake up in the morning?

What is your morning routine like?

Picture it now.

What do you have for breakfast?

Do you spend time working out?

Do you go for any walks?

Remember,

This is your highest version of you and anything is possible.

There's no limitations.

Think big.

Picture it beautiful.

Do you have any pets in your life?

Are you working?

What kind of work do you do?

Are you retired?

Do you have a partner?

Do you have any children?

As you move through your day from your morning to the afternoon,

Ask her how do you spend your afternoons?

What kind of friends do you have in your life?

What do you do for fun?

How do you wind down?

What do you picture yourself having for dinner?

Who are you with?

Do you go out?

Are you cooking?

Is somebody cooking for you?

What are some of the amazing hobbies that you have in your life?

What do you do after dinner?

Do you spend time in nature?

How will you end this perfect day?

What routine will you have before bed?

How long will you sleep?

As this conversation comes to an end,

I want you to thank your higher self and ask them if they can answer one more question.

Ask any question that you might have,

Or any guidance that you might need in your life right now.

After you ask that question,

What popped into your mind?

What was the first subtle thing that came?

Whatever that is,

I want you to bookmark that in your mind right now.

Now thank your higher self and tell them that you're going to come back and visit and talk from time to time.

Go back through your home.

Take in everything.

The look,

The feel.

Feel how good it feels just to be in that moment,

In that place,

In the presence of your higher self.

Feel into that right now.

I want you to open the door and return to the beautiful hall.

As you walk down the hall,

I want you to think of the gratitude that you have for your higher self,

For the visit,

For the guidance.

Return to your current door and walk through.

As you're about to close the door,

I want you to return to the pace behind your eyes,

Your mind's eye.

Bring that awareness back to the space between your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

Fill your belly.

Expand your belly.

Feel the gratitude.

And then exhale through your mouth.

Breathe in again.

As you're breathing in,

I want you to open your eyes.

And when you're ready,

I want you to grab your journal and write out anything that came up during this visit.

Any guidance,

Anything that you want to remember about your higher self and your most perfect day.

Write down all the details of your perfect day.

And then I want you to ask yourself the question,

How can you take one small step forward toward this version of yourself each day?
