Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina and I want to thank you for joining me for this meditation.
Let's begin by getting into a comfortable position and when you're ready you can close your eyes.
We're going to start by focusing on the breath.
Not changing it at first but noticing it.
The ebb and the flow.
The way your chest rises and falls.
The same way the tide goes in and out.
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose filling the belly and then hold at the top for a moment.
And as you exhale through the mouth just pretend you're blowing out a candle.
Do this two more times.
With each exhale release the days clutter,
Your to-do list,
All the mental noise and let your awareness drop from your head down into your heart center.
I want you to imagine a gentle golden light above the crown of your head.
This is the energy of inspiration,
Higher purpose,
Higher self.
And as you inhale draw this light down through the top of your head like a beam and let it fill your heart.
Feel the warmth and expansion and openness and take a moment to bring this energy into your heart center.
From your full heart let that light flow down into your arms,
To your open palms.
These are your tools of creation.
And silently ask,
What is one small step my creativity wants to take right now?
Listen not with your ears but with a feeling in your heart,
In your hands.
It may be a word,
An image,
Or a simple knowing.
Let's take some time here.
Feel the inspiration,
The intuition,
The guidance flowing through your heart and out through your hands.
Your entire being is aligned.
And whisper to yourself,
My creativity is a direct expression of my purpose.
I trust its flow.
Bring your palms together over your heart,
Sealing in this alignment.
Now gently rub your hands together in front of you as if you were warming them.
And then place them over your eyes and when you're ready,
Slowly begin to open your eyes.
Bringing yourself back into the present moment,
Ready to create.
