Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me in this meditation.
Everything that comes into our lives has a purpose.
All the meetings with people,
All those synchronicities,
Everything that comes into our awareness is there for a reason.
They're showing up as guidance,
A roadmap to our happiness and our purpose.
If you're not seeing this guidance,
It's because you have some internal blocks maybe just distracting you.
You are already that higher self version of you right now.
The only difference between how you're showing up now and the version of you living into your purpose is just removing these blocks.
So let's get started and clear them together.
Find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and just get settled in.
I want you to start slowing down your breathing.
Breathe into your belly with deep slow breaths.
Scan your whole body right now from head to toe.
Where do you feel tightness in your body?
Is it in your neck?
Maybe your shoulders,
Your back,
Your core area,
Your chest?
Notice where you feel the most tension.
All the places.
We're going to take a deep breath in,
Directing the breath to where you feel the most tension.
Breathing in,
Imagining the breath coming into this space,
Helping to release all of the tension.
And as you exhale,
Let that tension leave your body.
Let's do that again.
Breathing into either the same space or a different area of tension.
Filling it with fresh,
Healing energy.
And as you exhale,
Release all that tension with it.
One more time.
Breathing in with the intention of clearing the space of all tension and busyness.
Exhale to start to relax even deeper.
Take one last breath in,
Filling every cell of your body.
Take the deepest breath you have taken so far.
Hold at the top as this breath finds every bit of tension and latches onto it.
And as you exhale,
Removing all of it from your body.
Tune into the way you feel right now.
Feel the peace and the flow in your body.
Allow yourself to feel energy moving through your body naturally.
Now imagine that higher self version of you that has always been living their purpose.
Picture that version.
They're energized,
But they are also at peace and they're experiencing joy.
How do they stand and hold themselves?
How do they show up for themselves and show up for others?
Feel the joyful emotions radiating from your whole body.
Ask yourself,
How do you feel right now?
Are you happy?
Inspired?
At ease?
Are you happy?
Inspired?
At ease?
Are you happy?
Inspired?
At ease?
Are you happy?
Inspired?
At ease?
At ease?
Ask yourself,
What's holding me back from showing up as this version in my life right now?
What are the differences between this version of me in this moment and the one before we started this meditation?
Answer this question.
I'm not stepping into this version right now because.

Are there any fears that pop up?
What or who or are you afraid you'll lose?
What are you afraid that you might gain?
What changes do you need to make right now?
What is the one excuse that keeps popping into your head?
These answers that are coming up,
These are some of the blocks that you might be experiencing.
It's time to look at these stories and as they show up,
Let go of them and begin to create new,
More positive and supportive ones.
Now I want you to rub your hands together to create some heat and then place your hands on your heart center and say to yourself,
I am willing to take responsibility to keep clearing these blocks so that I may be able to move forward.
I am willing to take responsibility to keep clearing these blocks so I can start living my purpose.
I am ready and willing to do this every day.
Take your hands and wrap your arms around yourself tightly and give yourself a big hug.
Squeeze yourself as tight as you can and as you start to flicker your eyes open,
I want you to take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth with a sigh.
Head over to your journal or just grab a piece of paper and write down everything that came up during the meditation.
Write down some of those new stories and lastly,
Come up with one small,
Easy step to take today that will add some joy into your life and then do it.
Come back to this meditation often to come closer and closer to living into your purpose.
You are on a beautiful journey and every step you take brings you closer to your true self.
