Keep it going and on your next breath breathe in,
Hold.

Breathe out.
Again,
Breathe in,
Hold,
Breathe out slower.
Taking one more breath and you're already at one minute.
Take a deep breath in and hold and breathe out as slow as you can.
And congratulations,
You can come out now.
