I have been putting people in ice baths for 8 years now. I am guiding you for 1 minute in the ice bath with this recording. Just put it on just before you go in the ice bath. It';s all about slowing down your breathing!

Hi,

You're going to do a one minute ice bath.

Try not to overthink it.

I will guide you through the process.

So make yourself ready.

I'm assuming you're standing in front of the ice bath now.

Take a deep breath in,

Breathe out fully and now take a deep breath in,

Hold and step into the ice bath.

Just do it,

Don't think,

Just do it.

All right,

When you get in,

Breathe out as slow as you can.

Now take another breath in,

Hold and sit down.

Just sit down,

Do it,

It's okay.

Breathe out,

Now you're sitting down.

Now it's all about slowing down your breathing.

So maybe you're breathing a little bit high in the chest.

Keep on breathing,

Keep it going and on your next breath breathe in,

Hold.

One,

Two,

Breathe out.

Again,

Breathe in,

Hold,

Breathe out slower.

Taking one more breath and you're already at one minute.

Take a deep breath in and hold and breathe out as slow as you can.

And congratulations,

You can come out now.

You did a one minute ice bath.

Enjoy the rest of your day.
