Breathwork is simple and very applicable to everyday life probl;ems like headaches and migraines. This technique is used by my instructors to help people get over a headache. It is simple and works very well. Try it out and let me know if it worked for you.

Hi.

The session that we're going to do now is used by many people to get over headaches and migraines.

Other than that it just gives you energy and a clear head.

We're going to do ten rounds,

Just five times breathing.

So take one slow breath in and out.

Breathing nose in,

Mouth out.

Make sure to use your belly.

Just five times.

Extra deep.

Breathe everything out and breathe in and hold for ten.

Hold it here.

Breathe out.

Everything out,

Out,

Out.

Round two.

Five deep breaths.

Extra deep.

Everything out.

In and hold for ten seconds.

And breathe out.

Again,

Five deep breaths.

Extra deep.

Everything out.

In deep and hold.

And breathe out as slow as you can.

Five times.

Extra deep.

Everything out.

In and hold.

80% in is good.

Hold it here.

And breathe out.

Round number five.

Breathe into your brain.

Imagine that you're breathing air into your brain.

Cleaning it up.

Extra deep.

In through your lungs.

And breathe in and hold.

Breathe out.

Five times.

Breathe into your brain.

Extra deep.

Breathe out everything.

Breathe in and hold.

And focus on your brain.

The center of your brain.

Not a five.

Breathe out.

Five deep breaths.

Extra deep.

Everything out.

In and hold and focus on your brain.

And breathe out.

Five breaths.

Breathe into your brain.

Extra deep.

Empty your lungs.

In and hold.

Focus on the center of your brain.

And breathe out.

Again,

Five deep breaths into the brain.

Extra deep.

Everything out.

Into the brain.

Hold.

Focus on your brain.

And breathe out.

Last round.

Let's take ten breaths.

Five more.

Into the brain.

Last three.

Breathe out more.

Two.

Last one.

Empty your lungs.

Now breathe in deep.

Hold.

And put a bit of pressure on your belly and your chest and push the blood to the brain.

Focus on your brain.

Sending more blood there.

Take an extra zip.

And let go.

Take one minute to relax.

All right.

Make sure you drink enough water today.
