In this breathing session, we practice a simplified form of Tummo breathing. Tummo is practiced by Tibetan monks to heat up and melt the snow around their meditation spot. Simplified Tummo is my own simplified version of this rather complicated technique. I hope you enjoy it. Do NOT practice this driving a car or when you are in the water. Passing out danger.

We're doing 5 rounds of simplified tummo level 1.

Breathe deeply to the belly,

Nose in,

Mouth out.

Five deep breaths.

Number 5,

Extra deep.

And breathe everything out.

In deep and hold.

Just 10 seconds.

Hold it here.

And breathe out long and slow.

Take your breathing out through a stroll.

Round 2,

5 deep breaths.

Number 5,

Extra deep.

Empty your lungs completely.

Take a deep breath in and hold for 10 seconds.

And breathe out long and slow.

Five deep breaths.

Extra deep.

Breathing out.

In deep and hold.

And breathe out long and slow.

Tingling sensations is normal.

A bit dizzy is also normal.

Breathe out everything.

And hold for 5 deep breaths.

Extra deep in.

Everything out.

In deep and hold.

And breathe out long and slow.

Last round.

5 deep breaths.

Extra deep in and everything out.

In deep and hold.

And breathe out long and slow.

Now one more really slow breath.

And breathe out even slower.
