I'm doing a lot of hot yoga and this morning I woke up and I was so tired.

You know,

Like I have dirt in my body.

Now that is like a little bit of muscle pain.

So it kind of makes sense.

And muscle pain is of course a lactic acid in your body,

Which is the result of not having enough oxygen.

So when I feel tired,

When I have the feeling that I need to clean up,

I take like longer breathing sessions.

Like the breathing phase is more like 50 times or something.

And I will pump it a bit.

Now,

You know the practicalities maybe already if this is not your first time with me.

There's always a chance of passing out.

And with what we're doing today,

More than other times.

So if you want to be safe,

Please lie down.

If you're epileptic or highly pregnant,

You cannot join.

What else?

You can feel tingly sensations,

Dizziness,

And you can get like temporary tetany.

It's called with a difficult word.

Basically that you get cramps.

You can feel it around the mouth.

It's all normal.

At all times,

Listen to your own body before you listen to me.

If we're,

You know,

I'm saying another 20 breaths and you are like,

Oh my God,

I'm not sure if this is good for me.

Then you just stop,

You know,

Just hold your breath or breathe normally and you will be fine.

For now,

Three rounds of 50.

Start slowing down your breathing.

I'm going to pump it a little bit.

So if you breathe slower,

Which is,

You know,

You listen to yourself before you listen to me.

If you breathe slower,

Maybe you do 40 breaths or 30 breaths,

But I'm going to pump it a little bit.

Breathe slowly.

I'm going to start in 20 seconds or so.

When you breathe 80% in and out is good enough.

Don't try to do 100% and pull your shoulders up.

You want to keep your shoulders,

Maybe they're moving a little bit,

But as still as possible.

So only belly,

Chest,

Shoulders low,

80 in,

80 out is good.

And then also you can speed it up,

Which is what we like today.

Here we go.

10 more.

Breathe out more.

Last five.

Extra deep and fully out and then extra deep in and hold.

Now the sensations for me are changing.

So it's time to breathe out and breathe out like 80,

90% please.

So we're not going to hold our breath long in time,

But the effect is the same,

Which is at the end,

You get a oxygen drop in your bloodstream.

EPO is made that makes red blood cells relax.

I'm going to breathe in about 20 seconds,

I think.

Deep in,

Hold,

Squeeze.

Focus on the center of your brain.

See your brain and produce more D&T.

Another 10 and then relax the muscles.

Breathe out,

Open your hands.

Round two,

Here we start again.

Last 10.

Breathe out more.

Deep in,

Everything out.

Open,

Hold,

Squeeze.

Squeeze pelvic floor,

Lower belly,

Hands.

Push the blood to the brain.

Focus on the center of your brain.

Empty mind.

Keep on squeezing.

Take an extra zip.

Focus on the center of your brain.

There is your pineal gland.

I'm talking to your pineal gland now.

Produce more D&T.

Now.

Another 10 seconds,

Feel free to take an extra zip.

Let go of the muscles,

Open your hands.

Breathe out long,

Slow.

Hold after you've breathed it out 80 to 90%.

If you need to breathe before I ask you to,

Take a deep breath in,

Breathe out again,

Hold again.

Another 20 seconds or so for me.

Breathe out even more.

In,

Hold,

Squeeze.

Your brain,

Empty your mind and produce more D&T.

And again,

Release the muscles first.

Open your hands,

Breathe out.

Take a moment before we start with the last round.

Here we go.

50 deep breaths.

Bit faster.

Bit faster.

I'm switching to mouth in.

Full maximum.

Breathe out everything,

Wherever you are.

Breathe in,

Hold and squeeze.

Take an extra zip.

Focus on the center of your brain.

Empty mind.

Produce more D&T.

Now.

Another 10.

You can roll your eyes up to your inner forehead if you like.

And then release the muscles,

Open your hands.

Breathe out if you want with sounds.

Like that.

Hold after breathing out for as long as you want.

Another 20 seconds for me.

In deep,

Hold,

Squeeze.

Empty brain.

Focus on the center of your mind and empty your brain.

Another 10 seconds.

And then release the muscles,

Open your hands.

Breathe out.

And take a moment to do nothing,

Even if it's just one minute.

No breath manipulation.

Just feeling sensations.

And then let me know if you have a question,

Please sit longer if you have time.

Because it should be taught at school.

Exam fear,

Anxiety,

Social media anxiety,

All that crap.

Breathe.

Anyway,

I don't want to hold you too long.

Wish you a great start of the day,

End of the day,

Wherever you are in the world.

If you watch this later,

You have a question,

Leave a comment please.

Thank you.

Bye bye.
