He has done numerous day longs, many hours of coaching with experienced teachers and completed mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based childbirth and parenting (MBCP) courses. When he is not meditating, he's working as a tech manager or, preferably, spending time with his wife, daughter and dog.
