The follicular phase is all about creating a warm and welcome womb physically and energetically. This meditation will connect you into your womb and leave you feeling grounded, calm and deeply connected to your body.

Finding a comfortable position to lay down for your practice today.

Meditation to leave you feeling grounded,

Connected and receptive.

Use your eyes down.

Feel the back of your body sink down into the surface below.

Feel a sense right now.

You are safe.

You are protected.

You can let go into relaxation.

Now to start to feel your breath naturally flowing through you.

As you breathe in,

Notice where your breath moves into and expands.

As you exhale,

Feel everything relax and let go.

Allow your belly to be soft,

Not having to hold rigid and tight.

As your belly relaxes,

Your breath will naturally drop deeper.

You can either rest your hands down beside you or you can place your left hand to your heart and your right hand to your womb.

Continue to feel your breath.

You don't have to change the rhythm or the rate,

Just allow it to be as it is right now.

Start to connect deeper into your body.

I'll guide you through a scan from top of your head to the tips of your toes to allow your body to relax deeply here.

Starting at the top of your head,

Feel the back of your skull relax.

Smooth out across your forehead and into your temples,

Imagining like you're getting a smoothing massage across your forehead.

Your eyes are gently closed.

Relax down your nose and into your cheeks.

Let go through your jaw.

If you know that you can often clench your jaw,

Allow your teeth to part a little.

Your lips can be together.

Your tongue either floats in your mouth or tip of tongue on roof of mouth.

Then gently tuck your chin just a little.

Notice how that will lengthen and relax the back of your neck.

Invite your shoulders to soften down away from your ears.

Relax your arms,

Your hands,

Your fingers.

Feel into your back.

Feel the natural curves of your spine.

Feel into the muscles that run down either side of your spine,

The postural muscles of your back.

They hold you upright when you are seated and standing and moving around.

But when you are laying down at rest,

Invite them to relax.

Bring an awareness into your chest,

Into your heart space.

Soften here.

Relax around your heart.

Relax down into your rib cage and feel as you breathe.

Your diaphragm gently opens and expands and then contracts and relaxes.

Really soften into your abdomen.

Allow your belly to rise and fall as you breathe.

Your awareness dropping down into your pelvis.

Relax into the fronts of your hips.

And that relaxing energy around into your sacrum and into your buttocks.

And then feel deeper within.

Connect into your reproductive organs.

You sense into where your ovaries are.

Your fallopian tubes.

Your uterus.

Your cervix.

Your vagina.

Bring an awareness into this space of your body.

An area that you connect into deeply during your fertility journey.

The more that you can drop your awareness down into this space and send a beautiful warmth,

Send loving kindness here.

The more you can connect deeper within.

Now as you connect into this space,

Just allow everything that you have carried along with you on your fertility journey so far to just be here.

And allow any stress or fear or distrust that you may have to be felt.

Then to gently dissolve.

Instead I'm gonna bring in with an open heart trust.

An open heart to calling in your baby.

So if your hands are free,

You can place your hands onto your ovaries.

Send a beautiful and nourishing golden light into your ovaries.

So as you breathe in,

That golden light flows in and down into your ovaries.

That golden light stays as the air flows out on your exhale.

Continue to breathe that golden light in.

So send it to your fallopian tubes,

To your uterus.

Surrender into feeling into this space.

Allow any hopelessness or any grief from past loss to now be consumed and nourished by that golden light.

This now clears the energy of your ovaries.

Offer your ovaries your love.

This time of working on sparking pre-ovulation.

Offer your ovaries love.

And love to the future eggs to be nourished.

Feel into the power of your body.

You are whole and complete.

Love your body just as it is.

Love yourself just as you are.

Love your desire for your baby to come in.

Rest your awareness into this space for a moment.

Continuing to send this beautiful and nourishing golden light into your ovaries,

Into your fallopian tubes,

Into your uterus,

Into your cervix and your vagina.

Connect into this space.

Thank you.

Now continue to move awareness down through your body.

You'll move from the pelvis and the hips to bring awareness down through your legs.

Feel a grounding energy flow down through your legs,

Through your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Down into your ankles,

Your feet and your toes.

Feel as your awareness drops down to your feet.

You feel grounded.

You feel connected.

You feel receptive.

You will connect into here your grounding cords.

There's one from each foot,

One from the base of your body near your tailbone.

Think of these cords as your umbilical cords to the earth to tap in and connect to Mother Earth to Gaia.

Whether it's a sense of feeling to feeling grounded and connected or whether you can visualize these cords going through every layer of the earth deep into the earth's core.

We now are flowing a golden light from the earth into you.

As that happens there's a deep sense of gratitude to Mother Earth,

To Gaia.

Feel as you inhale that beautiful golden light flows from the cords all the way throughout your entire body from your toes to your head.

As you exhale that golden light gathers back in your center and deep in your belly,

Deep in your womb space,

Deep in your ovaries.

So breathing in flow that golden light up.

Feel it spread through your body.

Then hold on to that golden light as you exhale and the air flows out.

Just work with that visualization for the next few breaths.

You Just gently Bring your grounding cords back into your body But know that you can reconnect into them at any time of day that you need to feel grounded connected and receptive So as those cords enter into each foot and into the base of your body Seal each of those three places With three figure eights Just keeping that energy within And feeling into that sense of gratitude Repeat These affirmations in your mind I am fertile I am healthy whole and full of love Our healthy happy baby will arrive at the perfect time Will arrive at the perfect time Just feel that absorb within And you can stay resting here For as long as you like Or if it's time for you to come back and out of your meditation Just gently Allow your awareness to expand into the sounds you're hearing within the room you're within Then see if you can extend that awareness to outside of the room you're within Feel your breath flowing through you And then gently when you're ready allow your eyes to open Coming back into your day refreshed awake And feeling deeply grounded connected and receptive You
